Treatment Of Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis With The Addition And Subtraction Of Xiao Chaihu Decoction Primary Fibromyalgia Syndrome

Objective:Through exploring the small bupleurum tonga subtraction treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome clinical curative effect,change the blood stasis for small bupleurum tonga subtraction effective treatment for primary fibromyalgia syndrome change the blood stasis patients to provide clinical basis.Methods:This project will be included in the standard of 60 cases change the primary fibromyalgia syndrome of blood stasis syndrome patients,randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,small bupleurum tonga 150 ml,half an hour after the meal in the morning and evening temperature is uniform;Control group 30 cases,given amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets 25mg,once a day,before sleep oral.The curative effect was observed in both groups after 6 months of treatment.Before treatment,there was no significant difference and comparability between the baseline data of the two groups and the baseline data of the criteria for efficacy evaluation.After 1 course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was determined by comparing the integral changes of the main TCM syndromes,VAS,FIQ and HAMD of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Evaluation results of TCM syndrome efficacy:total effective rate,93.3%in the treatment group and 63.3%in the control group,with obvious difference(P<0.05).The main symptoms and total score of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The main symptoms of the control group,including total score,feeling unwell,chest distension,and insomnia,were significantly improved(P<0.05).Treatment group in the total score,pain,tenderness,anorexia,loose stools,languid main symptoms such as improving degree is higher than the control group(P<0.05),poor of modern,tightness in the chest,a bulge,the main symptoms such as insomnia between treatment and control group(P>0.05).2.Evaluation index of emotional efficacy of western medicine:FIQR score reduction rate:total effective rate:90%in the treatment group and 66.7%in the control group.Hamilton depression rating scale,the VAS pain index,fibromyalgia affects the questionnaire in the two groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes comparison between the two groups,the degree of the treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05).3.Concomitant substitution index:nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were significantly lower in the treatment group and the control group at 6 months after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The small chaihu decoction,amitriptyline treatment,PFS liver qi stagnation of the spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a better effect,after the treatment of patients with VAS pain index,Hamilton depression scale,FIQR and TCM syndrome scores are better than before treatment,pain and depression have improved.2.The small bupleurum decoction in the treatment of PFS liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency blood stasis syndrome,can obviously improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome pain,pressure pain,chest flank distension,tired lassitude,lack of emotion,loose stool,insomnia and other symptoms,the overall effect is better than the control group(P<0.05).
