Purpose:To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of lung adenocarcinoma, the relationship between various factors and TCM syndrome types, and the characteristics of the use of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:A retrospective study method was used to collect the clinical medical history data of patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The gender, age, symptoms, signs, tongue and pulse, affected side, previous treatment methods, staging, and gene mutation of lung adenocarcinoma patients were collected.Statistical statistics on the use of Chinese herbal medicine pieces,WPS Office software is used to establish a database, and the data is statistically analyzed with the help of the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.Frequency, nature and flavor return to meridians;formula identification for high-frequency drugs, and analysis of commonly used formulas.Use SPSS 26.0 software to carry out multivariate logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship between each factor and syndrome;use Fisher’s exact test to analyze the influence of each factor on syndrome distribution;use SPSS Modeler 18 software to analyze the relationship between drugs.Results:1.A total of 123 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were included, among which 67(54.5%)were more female than 56(45.5%)males;the left side(61.0%)was the majority on the affected side;the age was normal distribution,40-59 years old The proportion of patients with segmental lung adenocarcinoma increased with age,and the proportion of patients aged 70-89 decreased with age.The proportion of patients aged 60-69 was the largest(51.2%).The distribution of syndrome types of patients: lung and spleen deficiency syndrome(36.6%)> qi and yin deficiency syndrome(30.1%)> qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(22.0%)>yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome(4.9%)> phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome(4.1%)> spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(2.4%).2.The results of Fisher’s exact test showed that there were differences in the distribution of syndrome types between patients with EGFR mutations and those without mutations(P<0.05).There was a difference in the distribution of syndrome types among patients treated with kinase inhibitors(P<0.01).3.Traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma are mostly cold, flat and warm in nature, sweet and bitter in taste, and mostly belong to the lung and spleen meridians. The traditional Chinese medicines that are often used at the same time are Fritillaria,Taizishen,Licorice,Coix Seed,Banzhilian,Pinellia,Hedyotis diffusa,Poria and so on.Conclusion:1.The TCM syndromes of lung adenocarcinoma are more common with lung-qi deficiency and qi-yin deficiency, followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis, yin deficiency and blood dryness,phlegm-heat obstructing the lung, and spleen-kidney yang deficiency.2.For the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma, traditional Chinese medicine often uses drugs with the effects of invigorating the spleen and Qi,resolving phlegm and dispersing knot, and is often used together with traditional Chinese medicine with anti-tumor effect in modern pharmacological research. The treatment is mainly to support righteousness and eliminate evil.3.The use of EGFR-TKI will increase the proportion of yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome and spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Such patients should pay attention to nourishing yin and blood, warming spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine treatment,so as to reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions.
