Objective: By collecting the general information of 156 patients with lung adenocarcinoma EGFR gene mutation,we can understand the distribution of medical syndromes and explore whether different TCM syndromes are related to bone metastasis.Provide empirical evidence for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and treatment of bone metastasis, and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of untreated and existing diseases. Methods:From January 01,2018 to December 31,2019,the 156 cases of lung adenocarcinoma EGFR gene mutation patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the general information of the patients(including name, gender,Age,smoking history, clinical staging, etc.),and record the patient's symptoms, signs, tongue, pulse and related imaging examination results, with or without bone metastasis as a variable, using frequency statistics of TCM syndrome types in patients with bone metastases and For the distribution of patients without bone metastases, the statistical data were entered into the database, and the data stored in the Excel database was imported into the SPSS 25.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis. The statistical software is SPSS 25.0,and Excel is used to assist in mapping. All qualitative data were analyzed by rank sum test,Fisher's exact test,chi-square test, and Spearman rank correlation analysis.Quantitative data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.P ? 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Among the patients with lung adenocarcinoma EGFR gene mutation, there were 111 non-smokers(71.2%),45 smokers(28.8%);85 women(54.5%),and 71 men(45.5%);stage III patients 23 cases(14.7%)and 133 cases of stage IV patients(85.3%)showed that lung adenocarcinoma EGFR gene mutations were more common in non-smokers and women.2.Among 42 cases of lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR gene mutation,42 cases of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(26.9%),13 cases of Yin deficiency internal heat syndrome(8.3%),19 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(12.2%),spleen deficiency and phlegm 44 cases of dampness syndrome(28.2%),21 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(13.5%),and 17 cases of deficiency syndrome of kidney yang(10.9%),of which phlegm and dampness syndrome of spleen deficiency were the most common, followed by qi and yin deficiency Card and phlegm and blood stasis.3.Whether there is bone metastasis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma EGFR gene mutation, gender, age, smoking status is not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, clinical stage, and TCM syndrome type in patients with EGFR mutations in lung adenocarcinoma(P> 0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between smoking status and TCM syndrome type(P<0.05),The most common syndromes of deficiency of yin and internal heat and qi and yin are the smoking patients.5.Bone metastasis accounts for 26.2% of patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome of lung adenocarcinoma of lung adenocarcinoma, bone metastasis accounts for 30.8% in yin deficiency internal heat syndrome, bone metastasis accounts for 42.1% in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and bone in spleen deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome Metastasis accounted for 65.9%,bone metastasis accounted for 76.2% in the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, and bone metastasis accounted for 76.5% in the syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang. There was statistical significance between different TCM syndromes and bone metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions: There is a correlation between TCM syndromes and bone metastases in patients with EGFR gene mutations in lung adenocarcinoma.Traditional Chinese medicine can be used to intervene in advance to have a good effect not only in preventing the occurrence of bone metastases but also in improving the symptoms of patients.
