Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at cervical acupoints on dysphagia after stroke.Material and method: Select the period from November 2020 to October 2021,70 patients with dysphagia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were hospitalized in the brain K1 Department of the rehabilitation center affiliated to Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,the random number table method was used to group by 1:1,35 cases in each group,both groups were given routine treatment of Neurology,on this basis,the control group was given swallowing rehabilitation training,the neck acupuncture point plus rehabilitation group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Water Swallow Test Scale and Fujishima Ichiro Dysphagia Scale were used to evaluate before and after treatment.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Gender,age,stroke type,Water Swallow Test Scale and Fujishima Ichiro Dysphagia Scale were compared between the two groups before treatment,the difference was statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05).2.Comparison between control group and treatment group after treatment,Water Swallow Test Scale decreased,Fujishima Ichiro Dysphagia Scale increased,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison between control group and treatment group after treatment,the scores of Water Swallow Test Scale and Fujishima Ichiro Dysphagia in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 88.30%,the total effective rate of control group was 70.60%,the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at cervical acupoints combined with swallowing training and simple swallowing training are both effective in treating dysphagia after stroke.2.Acupuncture at neck points combined with swallowing training can improve dysphagia after stroke better than swallowing training alone,which should be applied widely.3.Acupuncture at neck acupoints can significantly reduce the patient Water Swallow Test Scale,improve the degree score of dysphagia,improve the cough caused by drinking water,increase the types of patients’ food,and improve the quality of life.
