| Purpose:The study in this paper mainly aims to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhugetongluo Prescription combined with Dajian in the treatment of Tubal infertility caused by Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome through experiments,and to preliminically analyze and discuss the pharmacological action and mechanism of Zhugetongluo Prescription combined with Dajian in the treatment of Tubal infertility caused by Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.To provide more feasible scientific ideas and clinical research methods for standardized treatment of this disease.Materials and Methods: In this study,60 cases of tubal infertility patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected from the gynecological Outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine From September 2019 to March 2021 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,30 patients were treated with oral AIDS to pregnancy and collaterals prescription combined with external treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine.Two groups of patients were treated for three consecutive period of treatment,and patients during the period of treatment to all physical birth control,follow-up and observation after six months,through the observation comparison the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,including the change of TCM syndrome integral,the local symptoms integral change situation,the rate of intrauterine pregnancy,tubal patency of change,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the overall data in detail,evaluate the results,and strictly record all kinds of clinical adverse reactions or side effects that may exist in the whole monitoring process of drug treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome score and local sign score: TCM syndrome score and local sign score of the two groups decreased after the treatment.By comparing TCM syndrome and local sign data of the two groups,the results showed significant differences with statistical significance;In the comparison and analysis of the differences between groups,the difference in the integral values of TCM syndrome and local signs in the experimental group was more obvious,and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndrome and local signs efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3% and 86.7%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3% and 73.3%,respectively.The treatment of both groups could significantly improve TCM syndrome and local signs,but the effect of the experimental group was worse.3.Intrauterine pregnancy rate:the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 53.3% in the experimental group and 26.7% in the control group after 6 months of follow-up observation.The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the results were statistically significant after statistical analysis(P < 0.05).4.Fallopian tube patency rate: the evaluation of fallopian tube patency of non-pregnant women after 6 months of follow-up observation in this study was 58.3% in the experimental group and 33.3% in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).5.There were no obvious adverse toxic reactions in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods used in the two groups have relatively reliable safety.Conclusion: oral assisted t2 dm party joint external Chinese medicine collapse stains in the treatment of oviduct infertility Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the clinical curative effect and is superior to simple oral assisted t2 dm,after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome and local signs have markedly improved,and patients with intrauterine pregnancy rate is improved,and obviously improve the tubal patency,clinical curative effect is distinct,and safe and reliable. |
