Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive therapy of tradition Chinese and western medicine on tubal phlogistic sex infertility patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:The patients who were hospitalized in the Department of gynaecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were diagnosed as 50 cases of oviduct infertility with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms and signs were observed,and the cases of pregnancy were followed up and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results:1.After treatment,the pregnancy rate in the uterus was 48%,and the total effective rate was 94%,and the rate of non-efficiency was 6%;2.After treatment,there were significant differences between the three major subjects,such as lumbar and abdominal pain,and before the treatment,(P <0.01);3.There was significant statistical difference between the TCM syndromes score and the pre-treatment of patients after treatment(P <0.01);4.The efficacy was not correlated with the age,years of infertility,type of infertility,the number of abortions,the degree of tubal lesion and the course of pelvic inflammatory disease(P >0.05).Conclusions:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of salpingitis infertility has a good clinical effect,and is worthy of further promotion and research in clinical practice.
