| Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of fu’s subcutaneous needling therapy in the treatment of postoperative pain and other complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: Using a retrospective study method,medical records of patients hospitalized with mixed hemorrhoids from December 2020 to December 2021 at the Department of Anorectal Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine were reviewed and divided into a conventional treatment group(conventional group)and a floating needle treatment group(floating needle group)according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 30 patients were randomly selected from each of the two groups,for a total of 60 patients for retrospective analysis.By reviewing the electronic medical records,the basic hospitalization information of the patients and their conditions during hospitalization were counted,and observation record forms were filled out.The pain scores,anal edge edema degree scores,anal swelling sensation scores,and urinary retention condition scores of the two groups were compared.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results:1.The comparison between the two groups on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison between the two groups showed that the pain score on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation was,and the difference was statistically significant((P<0.05)).The floating needle group was superior to the conventional group.2.On the 1st,5th and 7th day after surgery,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the floating needle group was superior to the normal group.On the 3rd day,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.On the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the floating needle group was superior to the conventional group.On the 7th day,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The urinary retention scores of the two groups were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The floating needle group was superior to the conventional group.5.The total effective rate of pain treatment in the conventional group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate in the floating needle group was 96.67%,and the floating needle group was superior to the conventional group.Conclusion: Fu’s subcutaneous needling therapy can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,and it also has good efficacy in improving the edema of the anal verge and the feeling of anal swelling,and it can reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention. |
