In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,changes in lifestyle and the aging of the population,the incidence of diabetes(diabetes)has been increasing year by year,especially the chronic traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has achieved certain results in improving symptoms,stabilizing and even lowering blood sugar in the treatment of diabetes and its complications,there is a lack of unified acupoint selection basis for acupuncture and moxibustion.Disorganized,unruly problems.Therefore,the statistics of acupoint selection for clinical treatment from 2011 to 2020 in this study provide a basis for the selection of acupoint groups in this study.Objective: At present,diabetes is still incurable and requires lifelong medication.Although traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has made certain achievements in the treatment of diabetes and its complications,there is a lack of unified acupoint selection basis for acupuncture and moxibustion,and there are problems of disorder and irregularity.Therefore,this study starts with the selection of acupoints for clinical treatment,and provides a basis for the selection of acupoint groups in this study through the statistics of the frequency of selection,acupoint properties,and meridian homing.According to the statistical results,the corresponding acupoints combined with the theory of the eight meridians and the confluence points of the eight meridians were selected,and a new acupoint group for clinical acupuncture treatment of diabetes was proposed,hoping to provide a new treatment idea for clinical treatment of diabetes.In order to provide a theoretical basis for animal experiments and clinical research on this topic in the future.Methods: The literature search engine,computer network database and various journals and journals in the school library were used to search in strict accordance with the literature years and keywords in line with this study,and the effective literature was screened according to the inclusion criteria set in this study.The classification and statistics of acupoints’ meridian return,acupoint attributes,etc.are carried out,and Microsoft Excel statistical software is used for analysis,and data statistics and analysis are used to summarize and summarize the use of acupoints.On the basis of statistical data,combined with classic ancient books,a new acupoint group for the treatment of diabetes was proposed from a holistic view.Results:The most frequently used acupoints are Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Shenshu.According to the frequency of use,the fourteen meridians are mainly the bladder meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian.From the statistical results,it can be seen that the frequency of use of the six yang meridians is significantly higher than that of the six yin meridians,and the ratio of the two is 1.76:1.According to the classification of acupoints,the use of specific acupoints involves a total of 119 acupoints at most.Among all the specific acupoints,Wushu acupoints are most frequently used,followed by Jiaohui acupoints,Beishu acupoints,etc.,and Xi acupoints are the least used.The principle of acupoint selection is based on syndrome differentiation,distal acupoint selection,proximal acupoint selection,and symptomatic acupoint selection.Conclusion:Studies have found that most of the acupuncture prescriptions follow the principle of treating both the symptoms and the symptoms,and are used for the treatment of various complications caused by diabetes.The selection of acupoints is not based on the overall concept,the selection of acupoints is not systematic,and there are problems that the selection of acupoints is disordered and irregular.Moreover,in the ancient Chinese medicine books of the past dynasties,the treatment of diabetes mellitus is mostly based on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and there are few records of acupuncture and moxibustion.It is precisely because there is such a chaotic problem in clinical acupoint selection,this study believes that from a holistic perspective,Chongren,Dudai,and four meridians should be used to treat diabetes from the abdomen and resolve the symptoms of upper,middle,lower,and three eliminations with the help of innate skills.Based on Dongyuan’s academic point of view that "internal injury to the spleen and stomach causes all diseases to arise",this study believes that the four channels of Chong,Ren and Dudai are the key to the pathogenesis of the disease.Use the Chong Ren Du belt to stimulate the innate meridian qi,and use the innate to support the acquired,thereby improving the problem of spleen and stomach.The "Nanjing" compares the twelve meridians and the odd meridians to "ditches and deep lakes" and proposes that "the ditches are overflowing and flow into the deep lakes...people are prosperous,enter the eight meridians,and do not return." The two meridians have the functions of accumulation infiltration and unification.Since diabetes is a combination of multiple zang-fu organs and multiple meridians,this paper believes that the acupoints for this disease should be the Ba Meridian acupoints connected with Chong and Ren Dudai as the main acupoint,with Diji,Jingmen,Taichong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,and kidney.Yu,divided into two groups to use alternately.By regulating the spleen-stomach hub and dredging the upper,middle and lower triple burners,the abdominal treatment can achieve the effect of strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm,clearing the meridians and removing sputum,aiming to provide a new treatment idea for clinical treatment of diabetes.
