| Huangdi Neijing was written in the middle and late Western Han Dynasty.As the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine,its theory is a powerful weapon to guide clinical practice.The theory of opening,closing and pivoting ’of the six meridians is an important part of the theoretical system of ’ Huangdi Neijing ’.This theory is first seen in ’ Suwen·Yin-Yang Lihe Theory ’ and ’ Lingshu · Genjie ’.However,scholars in the past dynasties have different interpretations of it.There are also disputes between ’ closing ’ and ’ pivoting ’ of the three yin in academia.The clinical application rules of’ opening,closing and pivoting ’ theory also need to be further explored.The ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’ was written in the late Eastern Han Dynasty.Although it did not clearly put forward the view of ’opening,closing and pivoting’ of the six meridians,it inherited the academic thought of ’Huangdi’s Internal Classic’,especially the practical clinical practice of the theory of ’Huangdi’s Internal Classic’ and ’opening,closing and pivoting’.and covered the theory in the six-meridian syndrome system established by it.Later doctors also carried out a lot of clinical practice under the guidance of this theory.1 Research purposeBy tracing the philosophical thought and historical and cultural background of the formation of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians of ’Huangdi Neijing’,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’of the six meridians,so as to clarify the dialectical relationship between the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians and the theory of qi transformation of the six meridians,and further systematically explores the relationship between the theory of ’Jueyin Weihe’ and the theory of medical science.On the basis of the elaboration of the theory of ’Jueyin is closed’by ’Huangdi Neijing’,this paper systematically summarizes the connotation of ’Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’ to explore the origin and syndrome of Jueyin disease,and further elucidates the similar syndromes of Jueyin disease and the internal relationship between Jueyin disease and other five meridian diseases.Using statistical methods for data mining,combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment practice,the law of Jueyin disease syndrome and treatment under the guidance of the theory of ’ Jueyin is closed ’ was interpreted and summarized.2 Research methodsSystematically sort out the origin of the theory of "opening,closing and pivoting" of the six meridians,and explore the theoretical essence of "Jueyin is closing".Taking the theory of’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians as the breakthrough point,systematically elucidates the syndrome and treatment rules of Jueyin disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.(1)Cultural background research:The historical and cultural backgrounds of the Han Dynasty and the previous astronomical calendar,geography,meteorology,life,philosophy and so on,which are relied on by the theory of " opening,closing and pivoting" of the six classics,are sorted out as the literature source to study the formation background of the theory of "opening,closing and pivoting " of the six classics.(2)Research on the way of thinking:systematically combing the elaboration of ’Yin and Yang’ in the perspective of time cycle and space cycle of ’Huangdi Neijing’ and the expression of the theory of opening and closing pivot ’of the six meridians under the guidance of Xiang thinking.This paper summarizes the research focus of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’of the six meridians,and forms a preliminary theoretical understanding through exegetical textual research,medical reasoning and other methods.(3)Exegetical Textual Research:Based on’ Shuo Wen Jie Zi ’ ’ Guang Yun ’ ’ Er Ia ’ and other books,the connotation of ’ Kai ’,’ He ’ and ’ Shu ’ is explained from the perspective of form,sound and meaning through exegetical research methods.(4)Clinical medical research:Based on the development and transmission of clinical diseases,the relationship between the three yin and three yang qi,the physiological and pathological characteristics of meridians and zang-fu organs,the theory of qi and zang-fu organs in the specimen,the theory of six-meridian qi chemistry,such as the theory of time flow and the theory of homology of Yi medicine to verify,dialectically discuss the theoretical controversy between ’ Jueyin is closed ’ and’ Jueyin is pivot ’,and explore the theory and clinical connotation of ’Jueyin is closed’.(5)Model deduction:On the basis of the above research,this paper analyzes the model interpretation of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians by ancient doctors,and summarizes the constant and change of Jueyin under the theory of ’Jueyin is closing’.(6)Theoretical discussion:Through the data retrieval of the relevant prescriptions and syndromes of Jueyin disease,from the perspective of ’Jueyin is closed’ theory,the principles,methods,prescriptions and syndromes of Jueyin disease and similar syndromes in Jueyin disease are systematically analyzed.Combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment practice,from the perspective of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians,the relationship between the theory of Jueyin is closing ’and the theory of’ opening and closing pivot ’of other five meridians diseases was elucidated.(7)Data mining:Collect and sort out the clinical medical records of Professor Chen Ming in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,use statistical methods to analyze and process the collected medical records,interpret the data processing results in combination with clinical practice,and retrospectively summarize the clinical practice application of the theory of ’Jueyin is closed’.3 Research results(1)Since ancient times,the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine has been influenced by many aspects such as social politics,culture and astronomy.The physiological pathology,diagnosis and treatment,therapeutic principles and methods of traditional Chinese medicine are permeated with the ancients’ understanding of astronomical calendar,geography and meteorology,life,philosophy and many other aspects.The formation of the theory of "opening,closing and pivoting " of the six meridians is influenced by many theories,such as the view of three talents,yin and yang theory,five elements theory and the doctrine of the mean.In terms of thinking mode,the formation of the theory of ’opening and closing pivot’ of the six meridians is also influenced by abstract thinking and concrete thinking such as Qi monism,pictographic thinking,dichotomy and trichotomy.(2)’Jueyin’ is unique in traditional Chinese medicine.The exegetical meaning of ’Jue’can reflect the general understanding of the characteristics of Jueyin in traditional Chinese medicine.(3)According to the unearthed silk manuscripts,the preliminary understanding of the circulation of the six meridians has been formed in the early Western Han Dynasty,but there is no unified consensus on the circulation and symptoms of the Jueyin meridians.Since ancient times,the phenomenon of emphasizing the foot meridian and neglecting the hand meridian has made the Jueyin disease syndrome,especially the hand Jueyin disease syndrome,more controversial.(4)The discussion of the theory of "opening,closing and pivoting " of the six meridians of "Yellow Emperor ’s Internal Classic " by doctors in the past dynasties mostly focused on theoretical understanding.Although some doctors tried to combine it with the clinical syndromes of" Treatise on Febrile Diseases " in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,they were limited to the interpretation of single diseases or prescriptions and syndromes,and did not systematically combine the theory of " opening,closing and pivoting " of the six meridians with the prescriptions and syndromes of " Treatise on Febrile Diseases." In particular,they did not form a systematic application of the theory of" Jueyin is closed."4 Research conclusions(1)The formation of the theory was influenced by the ancient people’s understanding and logical thinking methods of the nature of heaven and earth under the background of the time and the previous era,which reflected the ancient people’s understanding and thinking of the physiological composition and function,pathological state and change of human body.(2)The meaning of "Jue" in "Jueyin" is" restricted and want to resist,depression is hair." Jueyin belongs to wind wood,which sends ministerial fire inside,and yin dissipates and yang grows.Under physiological conditions,Jueyin is both the end of yin qi and the place where yang qi regenerates.Under the pathological state,Jueyin often shows the changes of’cathodic yang failure ’and ’ yin ending yang generation ’.Therefore,Jueyin disease has both cold syndrome of yin flourishing yang failure and dangerous syndrome of yin and yang separation,as well as self-healing syndrome of yin ending yang generation,jue-heat syndrome of yin and yang advancing and retreating,and cold-heat syndrome.(3)There is a close relationship between the first four articles of Jueyin disease and the articles of Jueli vomiting.In the process of clinical practice and research,the two also have complementary significance.Jueyin disease,as a complex disease of cold and heat,and cathode yang,must have a close relationship with other five-meridian diseases.Just as each meridian disease has its own unique characteristics of disease and syndrome,Jueli vomit or just the characteristics of Jueyin disease,it cannot be separated.(4)From the theory of ’Jueyin is closed’ to re-understand the ’Treatise on Febrile Diseases’,the following conclusions can be drawn:Jueyin is closed refers to the hand and foot Jueyin meridians and zang-fu system has the function of hiding Yang Qi but not reverse and fixing Yin blood but not overflowing.Yang Qi and Yin blood are used together.If the Qi movement is smooth,the Yin blood can be transmitted to the whole body,and if the Yin blood is stored,the wind and Yang can be restricted.Therefore,any disease that violates the nature of Jueyin’s wind wood,internally closing Yang Qi and Yin blood,showing the growth and decline of Yin and Yang mixed with cold and heat,and the reverse fluctuation of Qi movement can be regarded as the root cause of Jueyin disease.When Jueyin Heji is unfavorable,it is necessary to distinguish the amount of yang qi and yin and blood.If the yang qi is too much,it is easy to appear Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome with vomiting and fever,Baihu decoction syndrome with yang qi rising outside(heat syncope syndrome),phlegm syncope syndrome with chest yang being contained,and Zhizichi decoction syndrome with heat and benefit.Heyang Qi is not easy to appear dirty Jue syndrome,water Jue syndrome,liver cold stomach Wuzhuyu Decoction syndrome,treatment when Wenyang to help its potential;if the Yin blood is not enough,it is easy to appear Danggui Sini Decoction syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome.The treatment should be nourishing blood to help Yin blood endogenous and taking blood to prevent Yin blood leakage.There are more yang and yin and blood are not adjusted,yin and yang are not connected,the cold and heat of the image of the jumble,the appearance of the spleen cold liver Wumei pill syndrome,known as the ’Jueyin typhoid fever divergent table evil agent’ Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Decoction,Jueyin Yang Fu too and less than the card,pus and blood of Pulsatilla Decoction,.From the point of view of the middle qi of the specimen,above the jueyin,the wind qi is treated,and the shaoyang is seen in the shaoyang,which is the position of nourishing yin and activating yang.It is also an important physiological basis for maintaining the opening and closing of his meridians.From a clinical point of view,if the yang is restored or turned out,it is often a sign of disease healing.(5)The similar syndrome of Jueyin syndrome plays a role in identifying the original syndrome of Jueyin syndrome.Although its symptoms are very similar to the typical symptoms of the original syndrome of Jueyin disease,such as cold and heat mixed,hand and foot Jueni,etc.,its main pathogenesis is not related to Jueyin,as follows:Xiaochengqi decoction syndrome of dry feces,Mahuang Shengma decoction syndrome of lung heat and spleen cold,Sini decoction syndrome and Tongmai Sini decoction syndrome of yang failure and diarrhea,dry ginger Huangqin Huanglian Renshen decoction syndrome of lung heat and spleen cold,deficiency cold vomiting,vomiting caused by excess evil,etc.(6)The statistical analysis of clinical data showed that Professor Chen Ming ’s clinical treatment of acid reflux disease syndrome supported the theory of Jueyin disease syndrome.5 Innovation points and research significanceThis study mainly adopts the methods of literature research,comparative comparison,summary induction,mathematical statistics and exegesis research.With the help of the library of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Database,Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform,TCM Clinical Assistant Decision-making System and Chinese Medical Code System,based on medical history philology,by studying the literature of the Han Dynasty and before,it traces the cultural thought,social development and scientific and technological background of ’Huangdi Neijing’ when it was written,and reveals the formation essence of ’Kaihe Shu’theory.Further analyze the connotation,extension and development process of the theory of ’Jueyin Weihe’explore the relationship between the theory of ’ Jueyin Weihe ’ and the sixmeridian syndrome differentiation system of ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’,and use the Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’ to distinguish the pulse syndrome of Jueyin disease and treat the chapter as an entry point to deeply analyze Zhang Zhongjing’s clinical practice application of related theories,and provide new ideas for interpreting the six-meridian syndrome differentiation system of ’Treatise on Febrile Diseases’.With reference to the clinical cases of ancient and modern Chinese medicine,using the methods of literature analysis and data mining,a system framework suitable for the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine ’Jueyin Weihe’ theory was established,and the clinical application law and value of ’Jueyin Weihe’theory were elucidated,in order to expand its clinical application and provide ideas for the treatment of some difficult and complicated diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. |
