Medical data security has always been a hot scientific research issue in my country and even in various regions and countries.With the popularization of the Internet and information and communication technology in various fields of society,it has played a role in promoting the informatization and intelligent sharing of medical data,but it also brings greater problems to our medical data security.Medical data has accurate,up-todate,and complete information about patients,and access to medical data can provide a faster and more comprehensive understanding of the health of patients.At this stage,medical data is generally stored on cloud servers.If the server has a single point of failure or is illegally attacked,it will increase the risk of medical data leakage or tampering,which will have a great negative impact on patients.Therefore,how to solve the problem of patient-centered and fine-grained access to patient medical data in compliance with GDPR laws and at the same time prevent data leakage is of extremely important research value.With the emergence and rise of Bitcoin,the underlying technology of Bitcoin,the blockchain,has appeared in front of the public.Blockchain technology has the advantages of decentralization,openness and transparency,and prevention of tampering.The operation supervision of data in the sharing process,combined with the IPFS distributed storage system,effectively solves the above problems.This paper proposes a blockchain-based medical data encryption address management scheme,which adopts the characteristics of decentralization of blockchain technology to ensure that data is not tampered and damaged during transmission between entities that do not trust each other.By using the Solidity high-level language to write smart contracts,data users can obtain their medical data encryption address only after the patient’s access authorization,and return the permission to the patient,taking the patient as the center and making the fine-grained access data more refined.At the same time,combined with the off-chain storage technology IPFS,this technology solves the problem of a single point of failure for patients or hospitals to store medical data on a centralized server,stores encrypted medical data and returns its address,and then encrypts its address.The cost analysis and performance analysis using Hyperledger Caliper through experiments prove the effectiveness,feasibility and better performance of this scheme.In order to realize the entrusted service of encrypted medical data and the control right is still in the hands of the data owner,this paper combines cryptography technology to propose a dual-layer CP-ABPRE medical data IPFS storage sharing scheme based on blockchain,which adopts the access policy setting It is a double layer,the outer layer is controlled by authorized users,which is convenient to delegate to others,and the control right of the inner layer still belongs to the data owner.If an attacker wants to attack the re-encrypted ciphertext,he still needs to have an inner access policy.At the same time,it combines blockchain technology and IPFS storage technology to achieve decentralization,anti-tampering and solve the problem of single point of failure.Finally,the security analysis of the scheme and the AVISPA simulation experiment are carried out,and the security results of the simulation experiment are given.
