Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Sanren Runfu Decoction For External Washing In The Treatment Of Scalp Psoriasis With Blood Dryness Syndrom

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sanren runfu decoction combined with caspotriol liniment on blood dryness syndrome of scalp psoriasis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with scalp psoriasis blood dryness who met the inclusion criteria from September 2020～September 2022 who attended the outpatient or inpatient department of the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(calcipotriene group)and observation group(Sanren moisturizer group),with 30 cases in each group,and 28 cases in the calcipotriene group and 29 cases in the Sanren moisturizer group due to loss to follow-up,poor compliance,and active shedding.The control group was treated with calcipotriol liniment after washing the head in warm water,and the observation group was treated with calcipotriene liniment after the head washing in Sanren moisturizer.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the modified scalp PASI score,dermatological quality of life index DLQI score,itching visual simulation VAS score,blood dryness TCM syndrome score,Pityrosporum detection rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of calcipotriol group was 21 cases(75.00%of the total),the total effective rate of Sanren moisturizer group was 25 cases(86.21%of the total),and the Sanren moisturizer group was significantly higher than that of calcipotriene group(P=0.037<0.05).(2)Compared with the calcipotriol group,Sanren moisturizer group had a lesion area score(P=0.005<0.01,z=566.0),a severity score of skin lesions(P=4.44e-06<0.01,z=689.5),a total score of S-m PASI(P=0.0001<0.01,z=643.0),DLQI score(P=1.74e-11<0.01,t=8.431),VAS score(P=0.0007<0.01,z=608.5)and TCM syndrome scores(P=0.0005<0.01,t=3.740)were significantly reduced,and the detection rate of Pityrosporum furitylidium in the Sanren moisturizer group was lower than that in the calcipotriol group(P=0.328>0.05,X~2=0.956),but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Sanren Moisturizer and Calcipotriol liniment have good efficacy in the treatment of scalp psoriasis and blood dryness,but the combination of Sanren Moisturizer decoction shows better clinical efficacy.Sanren moisturizer combined with calcipotriene liniment can effectively reduce the area of skin lesions in patients with scalp psoriasis and blood dryness,reduce the severity of skin lesions and itching symptoms,improve the quality of life,and relieve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
