Study On The Effect Of Anti-hair Loss Essence On The Blood Rheology Of Rats With Androgenic Alopeci

Objective:To observe the effect of Fangtuo Yufa essence on SD androgen-derived alopecia in SD rats,and to explore whether its mechanism is related to hemorheology,so as to provide evidence-based basis for the clinical application of Fangtuo Yufa essence.Methods:45 healthy SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,control group,model group,Minoxidil tincture group and Fangtuo Yufa essence group,with 9 rats in each group.The rat model of androgen-induced depilation was established by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate（5mg/kg/d）for 5 weeks.At the same time,drugs were administered in groups.In the course of the experiment,the general conditions of rats were observed,and the changes of number and morphology of hair follicles,pathological changes of hair follicles and sebaceous glands,and hemorheological indexes were analyzed by hair microscope,HE staining and automatic modular hemorheometer.Results:1.Observation result:The growth trend of body weight of rats in each group was roughly the same.On the 21st day,the hair of the blank group and the normal control group was white and bright,the hair density of the model group decreased obviously,the hair color was dark,soft and easy to fold,and the yellow dot sign,hair periphery sign,scales,dendritic red lines,blood scab and scratches could be seen under the hair microscope.Compared with the model group,Minoxidil Tincture group and Fangtuo Yufa essence group,all the signs were relieved in varying degrees.After HE staining,the number of hair follicles in Minoxidil Tincture group was31.33±7.28,and that in Fangtuo Yufa essence group was 24.22±5.14,which was significantly higher than that in model group（15.67±5.20）.2.Results of hemorheology:Compared with the blank group and the normal control group,the plasma viscosity（PV）,high shear viscosity(200s^-1),middle shear viscosity(30s^-1)and low shear viscosity(5s^-1)in the Fangtuo Yufa essence group increased in different degrees（P>0.05）.Compared with minoxidil group,the low shear viscosity of Fangtuo Yufa essence group was slightly higher（P>0.05）.Compared with the model group,the low-shear,middle-shear and high-shear viscosity decreased significantly in the Fangtuo Yufa essence group（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Fangtuo Yufa essence can improve the depilation of androgenic depilated rats,promote the growth of hair follicles,reduce the local inflammatory reaction,reduce the low-shear,middle-shear and high-shear viscosity of blood,and promote scalp microcirculation.
