Objective: In this study, the patients with LDH were observed, and under the guidance of the thought of“Treating both waist and abdomen with the same method”,the clinical curative effect of three-dimensional“meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating” manipulation on LDH and its influence on the tension effect of the core muscle group of waist and abdomen of the patients were observed,it provides a new idea for clinical treatment of LDH with traditional Chinese massage. Methods: 60 cases of LDH were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with the three-dimensional “meridiantendon-bone balance regulating”manipulation, while the control group was treated with traditional massage manipulation, both groups were treated for one course(10 times)and followed up for 12 weeks.VAS score, modified ODI index, posterior chain AMT and PS,Surface EMG signal RMS of key muscles were recorded before and after treatment, the VAS and modified ODI index were recorded during the 12-week follow-up to evaluate the long-term and therapeutic effect of three-dimensional“meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating”manipulation in the treatment of LDH.Results:1.Age,sex,course of disease, protruding segment,VAS score before treatment, modified ODI index, posterior chain AMT and PS,and Surface EMG signal RMS of key muscles were compared between the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the general data and the condition of the patients in the two groups were relatively balanced and comparable.2.After treatment and 12 weeks follow-up,the VAS and the modified ODI index of LDH patients in both groups decreased(P<0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in AMT index, whole PS,lumbar PS and Surface EMG signal RMS of key muscles between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups: the improvement of VAS,modified ODI index,AMT,lumbar PS,and Surface EMG signal RMS of key muscles in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, the long-term effect of the two groups on the improvement of low back pain and dysfunction was more stable(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups on the PS of the whole posterior muscle chain(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the three-dimensional “meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating” manipulation and the traditional manipulation can effectively reduce the degree of low back pain in LDH patients and improve the dysfunction of the lumbar function. The three-dimensional manipulation is superior to the traditional, and the curative effect is stable in the follow-up period.2.The three-dimensional “meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating” manipulation is better than traditional manipulation in coordinating the posterior muscle chain AMT and lumbar PS of LDH patients, but the effect of improving the PS of the whole posterior muscle chain is equal.3.The three-dimensional “meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating” manipulation and the traditional manipulation can effectively balance the imbalance of the core muscle strength of the waist and abdomen in LDH patients, enhance the ability of muscle recruitment, and maintain the stability of the lumbar spine, but the effect of three-dimensional manipulation is better.4.In the total effective rate, the three-dimensional“meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating”manipulation and the traditional manipulation equally effective.
