| Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified and modified decoction of Tuopu powder in the treatment of patients with low perianal abscess infected by multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli after operation,and to provide relevant basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 60 patients with low perianal abscess infected with multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combination group.All the patients were treated with perianal abscess incision and drainage under spinal anesthesia.On the first day after operation,the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with modified Toupyosan,100 m L each time,twice a day.In the western medicine group,the lowest effective dose of sensitive antibiotics was given by intravenous drip.In the combination group,the patients were treated with modified decoction of Tuopu powder combined with intravenous infusion of the lowest effective dose of sensitive antibiotics.The treatment lasted for 1 week.Blood routine,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were detected on the first day of admission,the 7th and 14 th day after operation.The wound exudates on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th day after operation were observed,the wound area and wound healing rate on the 7th and 14 th day after operation were calculated,and the adverse events during the treatment were recorded.The wound recovery and overall efficacy of patients after discharge were tracked,and all data were finally collated and analyzed.Results: No patients dropped out.There were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,and initial wound area among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC,IL-10,TNF-α,CRP on the first day after admission and wound secretion score on the third day after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC and TNF-α on the 7th day after operation and CRP on the 14 th day after operation(P>0.05).The levels of IL-10,CRP,wound secretion and wound healing rate on the 7th day after operation and the levels of WBC,IL-10,TNF-α,wound secretion and wound healing rate on the 14 th day after operation were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the combination group was better than that of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the study.Conclusion: The modified decoction of Tuolu powder has a significant effect on the treatment of low perianal abscess infected by multi-drug resistant Escherichia coli.It can reduce the levels of WBC,CRP and TNF-α and increase the level of IL-10,and achieve the effect of eliminating inflammation.It has the advantages of less wound exudation,rapid granulation growth,and fast wound healing,which is safe,simple and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion. |
