Clinical Research Of The Modified SiHuang Powder Fumigation For The Postoperative Wound Healing Of The Perianal Abscess Of Toxic Heat Flourishing Type

Objective:Study on the effect of Modified SiHuang Powder fumigation on the Perianal Abscess of toxic heat flourishing type postoperative patients on wound pain, wound secretion, plasma fibrinogen value and the time of wound healing.Methods:Randomly divide 60 subjects into the treatment group and the control group, those who conform to the inclusion criteria. On the basis of the same preoperative and postoperative conventional treatment, the treatment group started the fumigation treatment with Modified SiHuang Powder two days after the operation. For the control group, started the fumigation treatment with the 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. Once a day,continue to treat and observe until the wound healing.To compare wound pain, wound secretion, plasma fibrinogen value of two groups on the fourth, the eighth and the fifteen day after operation, and compare the the time of wound healing of two groups.Results:The result of completion of the study cases were 60 cases, the treatment group (N=30) and the control group (N=30).Two groups of the patient’s gender, age, course of the disease, wound pain, wound secretion, plasma fibrinogen value before treatment there has no significant differences between the two groups, were comparable. The results of the study analyzed as follows:(1)Wound pain:On the fourth, the eighth and the fifteen day after operation, there were significant differences between the two groups in wound pain(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group;(2)Wound secretion:On the fourth, the eighth and the fifteen day after operation, there were significant differences between the two groups in wound secretion(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group;(3)Plasma fibrinogen value:On the fourth, the eighth day after operation, there were statistical differences between the two groups in plasma fibrinogen value(P<0.05),the treatment group were less than the control group;On the fifteen day after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups;(4) The time of wound healing:The average wound healing time of the treatment group was 22.67 days, and the control group was 27.21 days. The average wound healing time of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was shorter than the control group;(5)Adverse reactions:There is no obvious adverse reaction in the whole treatment; Conclusion:Modified SiHuang Powder can reduce the wound pain and wound secretion, falling the plasma fibrinogen value,shortening the time of wound healing of the Perianal Abscess of toxic heat flourishing type.This research can provide clinical reference solutions for the patients of Perianal Abscess of toxic heat flourishing type with syndrome of plasma fibrinogen in high.
