Clinical Observation And Study On The Qingxuanjiangya Prescription In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension (liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome

Purpose:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of essential hypertension(hepatic Yang hyperactivity syndrome)by the retrospective study,explore the rules and significance of the prescription,and provide clinical theoretical support for the further clinical application and promotion of the prescription in the later stage.Material and method:Materials and Methods: Patients included in this study were admitted to the outpatient department of the Liaoning Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022.There were 33 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension(hepatic hypertension)and were prescribed for treatment.The treatment cycle is 2 weeks,and the control study is conducted.The changes of blood pressure value,TCM syndrome score,European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)score and DHI)score were measured and recorded before and on the first weekend and on the second weekend after taking the medication.The resulting data were processed and analyzed using the software SPSS 26.0.Results:A total of 33 patients with essential hypertension(hypertension)were included in the inclusion criteria,and 1 case was isolated due to poor personal compliance.A total of 32 cases were observed.1.After 2 weeks,the total score of TCM syndrome was P <0.05 in the paired sample,and the integration value was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant.2.After 2 weeks of medication,the SBP and DBP were significant P <0.05 in the paired sample,and the values were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant.3.After 2 weeks of medication,the European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)score was significant at P <0.05 in the paired sample,and the score value showed a decreasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant.4.After 2 weeks of medication,the DHI)score was P <0.05 in the paired sample,and the score showed a significant downward trend,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.It can significantly reduce the blood pressure value of patients with essential hypertension(hypertension).2.The treatment of patients with essential hypertension(liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome)with clear dazzle antihypertensive prescription can significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndrome,European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)score and Vertigo disorder Scale(DHI)score,so as to achieve the treatment purpose of alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients.
