Objective: To observe the curative effect of Huatan Tongluo prescription on the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals during the meridian recovery period of apoplexy, and to evaluate its clinical effectiveness and safety. Methods: This topic uses the method of random number table to divide the patients with the syndrome of wind phlegm blocking collaterals in the recovery period of ischemic stroke into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Huatan Tongluo prescription + aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and ability of daily living were used as therapeutic evaluation indexes, and HAMA scale was used to screen post-stroke anxiety state. The above scores were recorded before and 4 weeks after medication, and Using SPSS26.0 statistical software to analyze the test results. The changes of TCM syndrome scores,NIHSS scores, activities of daily living and improved Rankin scores were compared between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment.Blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function were detected before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group to observe the safety of Huatan Tongluo prescription in treating the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals during the meridian recovery period of stroke.Using SPSS26.0 statistical software to analyze the collected data. Results: In clinical trial included 72 patients: observation group and control group 36 cases, observation group fall off 6 cases, control group fall off 6 cases, observation of the results are as follows:1.Comparison of balance between the two groups:Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences in gender and age between the observation group and the control group(p>0.05),indicating that the observation group and the control group were comparable. There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score, activities of daily living ability, improved Rankin score and other aspects before treatment(all p>0.05),which could be analyzed statistically. The HAMA scores were all less than 6 points before inclusion, which could be statistically analyzed.2.Comparison of curative effect:(1)After treatment, the effective rate of neurological impairment in the observation group was93.33%,and that in the control group was 70.00%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05),and the improvement of neurological impairment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.(2)There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05).The NIHSS score of observation group and control group was statistically different after treatment(p<0.05).The NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05).Control group reduced NIHSS score after treatment compared with before treatment, statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)Observation group after treatment of TCM syndrome of effectiveness is 83.33%,the control of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of effectiveness is 60.00%,comparison between the two way statistically difference(p<0.05),the improvement of the observation group of TCM syndrome is significantly higher than the control group.(4)There was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05).Observation group compared with control group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, statistically significant(p<0.05).Observation group of TCM syndrome integral significantly lower after treatment compared with before treatment, there were significant differences(p<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of control group was lower after treatment than before treatment, with statistical difference(p<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in ADL scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05).The ADL scores of the observation group and the control group were statistically different after treatment(p<0.05).The ADL score of the observation group was significantly increased after treatment compared with before treatment(p<0.05),while the ADL score of the control group was increased after treatment compared with before treatment, with statistical difference(p<0.05).(6)Observation group compared with control group modified Rankin score before treatment,no statistical difference(p>0.05).Observation group compared with control group modified Rankin score after treatment, there are statistically significant(p<0.05).The modified Rankin score in the observation group was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05).The modified Rankin score in the control group was lower after treatment than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Safety assessment:The subjects in the observation group and the control group had no adverse reactions during this trial, and the subjects’ blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram showed no obvious abnormalities. Conclusion: Huatan Tongluo Formula has definite clinical efficacy in treating the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals during the meridians and collaterals recovery period of apoplexy, and has obvious efficacy in improving the TCM syndrome of patients, reducing the degree of neurological impairment, and improving the ability of daily living activities, with high safety and no adverse reactions, and has popularization significance.
