| Purpose:To compare the clinical effects of the anti-tumor soup and anti-tumor soup with herbal collapse on ovarian endometriosis cysts(Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence),and to analyze the effect of anti-tumor soup combined with herbal collapse to provide a new method for more effective treatment of this disease.Material and Method:Sixty-four patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups: 32 patients were treated with oral administration of anti-tumor soup combined with external application of Chinese herbal collagen;the other 32 patients were treated with oral administration of anti-tumor soup alone as the control group.After 3menstrual cycles of treatment,we observed the changes of the TCM symptoms score,VAS score,ectopic cyst size and CA125 level in the two groups before and after treatment.The data before and after treatment in both groups were compiled and analyzed to compare the efficacy.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rates of the two groups were 86.67%and 70.00%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.TCM evidence points: the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05);the points decreased in both groups after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,with statistical significance(p<0.05)in both intra-group and inter-group comparisons.3.Dysmenorrhea degree score(VAS score): the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,which was statistically significant(p< 0.05);the score decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group had a better effect,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.serum CA125 levels: CA125 levels in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.05),while the difference was not statistically significant when compared between groups(p>0.05).It indicates that the two groups have the same clinical efficacy.5.size of ovarian endometriotic cysts: the ectopic cysts in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared with those before treatment(p< 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of anti-tumor soup and Chinese herbal collapse can effectively improve the TCM evidence score and dysmenorrhea degree score(VAS score)in patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts.2.The combination of anti-tumor soup and herbal collapse can effectively reduce the diameter of ovarian endometriosis cysts.3.Anti-tumor soup combined with herbal collapse can effectively control the serum CA125 level in patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts.4.This method is safe and effective in treating patients with OEC with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and can be widely used in clinical treatment. |
