Effects Of Mu Da Decoction On The Ovarian Endometriosis Cys’s Postoperative Recurrence With The Type Of Stagnation Of Vital Energy And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the effect of the Mu da Decoction to patients with Ovarian endometriosis cyst with the type of Stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis after Laparoscopic operation,and compare with gestrinone.To observe the recurrence rate and the improvement of dysmenorrhea.To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of the Mu da Decoction,and to provide objective clinical evidence for TCM in treating and preventing OEC with the type of Stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis after operation.Methods:All cases were selected by selection criteria.Then60cases were divided randomly into two groups with30cases in each group:the treatment group was given Mu da Decoction,the control group treated by gestrinone.Recorded separately the VAS of dysmenorrhea and CA125before treatment,and recorded the recurrence rate,the VAS of dysmenorrhea and CA125again after3months treatment and6months after drug withdrawal,compared the recurrence rate and the improvement of dysmenorrhea.All data were culminated in statistical processing and analysis.Results:1. Before the treatment,each group in age, course, the degree of dysmenorrhea and ca125were no significant differences(P>0.05).2. After3months treatment, no patient in each group recur,the remission rate of dysmenorrhea both two groups is96.67%, comparison of the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05). CA125were lower than that before treatment, but has no significant differences(P>0.05),the side effects of treatment group were lower than that of control group.3.3months after drug withdrawal,2patients in the treatment group recurred,and3patients in the control group recurred, the recurrence rate between the two groups respectively is6.06%and 10%,comparison of the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).Remission rate of dysmenorrhea between two groups are90%and83.33%, comparison of the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).4.6months after drug withdrawal,4patients in the treatment group recurred,and5patients in the control group recurred, the recurrence rate between the two groups respectively is13.33%and16.67%,comparison of the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).Remission rate of dysmenorrhea between two groups are83.33%and76.67%, comparison of the two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions:1. Mu da Decoction can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of Ovarian endometriosis cyst (OEC) with the type of Stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis after Laparoscopic operation,improve the symptom of the dysmenorrhea,its clinical effectiveness in accord with gestrinone capsule,and has no obvious adverse reactions.2. The dialectical application of Mu da Decoction can improve the degree of dysmenorrhea and improve the quality of life,and the curative effect is similar to gestrinone capsule.3. Mu da Decoction can significantly reduce the level of cal25of Ovarian endometriosis cyst patients, the effect of the two groups is quite.4. The dialectical application of Mu da Decoction to prevent the postoperative recurrence about Ovarian endometriosis cyst with the type of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis is similar to control group,but the side effects are small,so highlight the advantages of Chinese medicine,and can popularize in the clinical application.
