Exploring The Connotation Of "soft Liver" In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Literature Researc

Objective: This paper intend to understand the historical background and causes of the emergence of "Ruangan" in traditional Chinese medicine through literature research,and then combine with data mining to sort out the indications and commonly used drugs of modern "Ruangan" prescriptions,and summarize the connotation of "Ruangan" in modern TCM.And then judge the similarities and differences between it and similar TCM concepts,so as to establish whether it is an independent TCM concept.To explore the contribution of traditional Chinese medicine soft liver to the treatment of liver diseases.Methods: Chinese databases such as the 5th edition of Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese,"Duxiu","National Knowledge Infrastructure","Wanfang Database" and "VIP Web" were used to find the key words such as "Ruangan" and "Ganruan" to find the related theory of "Ruangan" in traditional Chinese medicine.Then use "Ruangan" as the key word to collect the composition of "Ruangan" prescription in the databases same as above.Through the use of statistical data to analyze and summarize the commonly used drugs,use frequency,type,dosage form and correlation of "Ruangan" prescription.After the results are obtained,the similarities and differences between them and similar TCM concepts are judged,and whether they have unique attributes or distinctive characteristics are determined.Finally,we will collect relevant data on the clinical treatment contributions of Ruangan Formula.Results: After literature research,it is found that the theory of "Ruangan" in ancient literature is not similar to that of modern traditional Chinese medicine,and it can be concluded that "Ruangan" is not directly quoted from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine recorded in ancient books.Further literature search found that the "Ruangan" prescription of modern Chinese medicine first appeared in "the Clinical Handbook of Common Diseases" published in 1972.Through the study of TCM works on the theory of liver disease from the late Qing Dynasty to1972,it is found that "Ruangan" is the background of the confluence of China and the West,and gradually formed with the accumulation of clinical experience in the treatment of modern liver cirrhosis.The data mining results of "Ruangan" prescription are as follows:(1)The main applicable diseases of "Ruangan" are liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.(2)According to the screening,arrangement and collection,143 "Ruangan" prescriptions were included,including 220 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1672 times.Among them,there are 26 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the decreasing frequency,the top ten traditional Chinese medicines are as follows: Biejia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Astragali,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Curcumae and Bupleurum.The five flavors of the medicine are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,and the four qi are mainly cold and warm,which mainly belong to the Liver Meridian and the Spleen Channels of Foot-taiyin.The top three prescriptions are all Buxu herbs,activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs,Heat-clearing drugs.Association rule analysis: 15 drug pairs were obtained.Cluster analysis: 4 new prescriptions were obtained.Factor analysis: five groups of factors were obtained.Finally,there is a large amount of literature confirming that Ruangan Formula has the effect of anti liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,prevention,and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Conclusion:(1)the "Ruangan" does not come entirely from Chinese traditional medicine,but from the general environment of the confluence of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and it is the treatment principle explored by modern Chinese medicine in clinic.Its indications include "liver cirrhosis","liver fibrosis","liver cancer" and other diseases in modern medicine.The basic contents of "Ruangan" treatment are: emphasizing liver and spleen,treating both symptoms and root causes,regulating qi and blood.Promoting qi Activating Blood,Softening and Resolving Hard Mass,Using Pills to Dredging Blood Stasis Softly are the core treatment of symptoms,Invigorating Spleen and Soothing Liver,Replenishing Qi and Blood are the core treatment of root causes,and there are also basic treatments such as Qing Re Liang Xue,Eliminating Dampness and Diuresis."Ruangan" has unique attributes and can become an independent and complete concept of traditional Chinese medicine.(3)A large number of clinical and experimental studies have confirmed that Ruangan Formula can play a role in anti liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,prevention,and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma through "multi component multi target multi pathway".
