Research On The Law Of Prescriptions And Medicines Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Liver Cirrhosis Ascites

Purpose:Analyze and discuss the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis in the past 11 years.Summarize the characteristics of prescriptions,incidence rules,and patterns of TCM syndromes in the treatment of the disease,and provide relatively reliable basis for clinical treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.Material and method:Retrieval Domestically published articles on the treatment of cirrhosis and ascites by Chinese medicine published on CNKI,Wanfang Database and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 2007 to May 2017.Download and read the full text carefully,according to this article.Related inclusion and exclusion criteria,screening of documents that meet the standards,excerpts of cases,numbers,authors,prescriptions,and certifications in the literature using the excel form,sort out all the related Chinese medicines,tastes,and naturalization,according to the corresponding The reference standards for induction analysis,frequency statistics,results,and make corresponding conclusions based on the analysis results.Sorted out all the syndromes with the same disease but the name is classified as similar law of different classification,finishing analysis concluded;sort out the prescriptions,the parties will be statistical analysis and draw conclusions.Results:1.In this study,a total of 380 articles have been screened out,of which 73 are master experiences and case analyses,and 197 are clinical trials of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The number involved is 25,310,the experimental group is 14,931,and the control group is 10,379.Among them,14579 were males and 7302 were females.The other 3393 had no mention of gender.2.383 articles involved 234 Chinese herbs and used 5336 times.Involved in 19 types of drugs,including tonic drugs,water diuresis drugs,blood circulation drugs,detoxification drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and qi drugs are the main drugs for the treatment of this disease;all drugs involved are peony,atractylodes,and jaundice.Alisma,Alisma,Salvia,Poria,Poria,Bupleurum,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Codonopsis,Plantago,Radix Persicae,and Angelica are the core medications;all of the herbs involved are Gan,Bitter,and Cold.Drugs are mainly liver,lung,stomach,spleen and kidney.Involved 252 prescriptions,of which 177 self-proposed by the parties 75,the parties to the Wuling San as the core prescription more.4.Among the 380 articles included in the literature,there were 83 articles on experience of masters and analysis of medical records.Among them,7 types of syndromes were involved(excluding the syndrome).Among them,qi stagnation and dampness,liver-kidney yin deficiency,and phlegm The main blood type.Conclusion:1 cirrhosis and ascites incidence of roughly male and female sex ratio of 2: 1.2.Clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites core drugs Poria,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Alisma,Salvia,Polyporus,turtle shell,Bupleurum,licorice,Codonopsis,Plantago,the belly skin,Angelica;3.The prescriptions of Wulu San,Sijunzi Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction are the main prescriptions for the treatment of the disease.4.The cirrhosis with ascites syndrome is the most common type with qi stagnation and wet resistance.Ascites in liver cirrhosis is mostly evidence of the deficiency and the complex and changeable syndromes.The clinical use of Chinese medicine requires dialectical use.The cirrhosis of ascites most of the imaginary standard evidence,the syndrome can be complex and changeable,Chinese medicine clinical dialectical medication.
