Clinical Observation On Wenshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, Oligomenorrhea And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrom

Objective:By studying the self-made Wen Shen decoction in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type of hypomenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency,comparing the clinical efficacy of Wenshen decoction and Jin Feng Pill,the overall evaluation of Wen Shen decoction efficacy,it provides a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of hypomenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods:Collection from January 2022 to January 2023,the first affiliated hospital of Hunan TCM university of department of gynaecology outpatient clinic conforms to the kidney Yang deficiency type of hypomenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency with 60 patients,The groups were grouped according to the random number table method,treatment group and control group each 30 cases,the treatment group for Wen Shen decoction,the control group for Jin Feng Pill,to complete the whole treatment cycle.Results:The total number of cured,markedly effective and effective patients in the treatment group was 26,and the total effective rate was86.7%;the total number of cured,effective and effective patients in the control group was 23,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.The two groups of drugs were effective in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type of hypomenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency.According to statistical analysis,the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was P=0.027(<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.1.The TCM syndrome total integral of Wenkidney decoction group and Jinfeng pill group were analyzed: P <0.01,both of which were effective and had statistical significance.After treatment,the two groups were compared between groups,P=0.022(<0.05),indicating that the overall treatment effect of the Wen Shen decoction group was better.2.Comparison of menstrual volume before and after treatment: P<0.01,indicating that the two groups of drugs had a significant effect on the increase of menstrual volume,both of which increased the menstrual volume compared with the past.After data analysis between the two groups,P=0.012(<0.05),indicating that the warm kidney soup group had a more obvious effect on increasing menstrual volume.3.Comparison of endometrial thickness and FSH value between the two groups,P value <0.05,which was statistically significant,suggesting that both groups were effective,and the Wen Shen decoction group was more advantages for the increase of endometrial thickness and the decrease of FSH value.Conclusion:By comparing the 60 patients collected,it is suggested that the addition and subtraction of Wen Shen modified decoction group is more significant for the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type of hypomenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency,with excellent clinical treatment effect,stable safety,and has the value of clinical promotion.
