Objective: Data mining technology was used to explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uveitis.Methods: Search the relevant clinical literature collected by CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and Weipu.com from January 1,2002 to December 31,2022,establish a database,and use the TCM inheritance calculation platform(V3.0)to mine and analyze the relevant prescriptions.Results: A total of 184 medical records were collected,with a total of 348 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,involving 299 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The top ten drugs used frequently in traditional Chinese medicine are: Radix Scutellariae,Radix Rehmanniae,Glycyrrhizae,Radix Bupleuri,Gardenia,Gentiana,Alisma orientalis,Fangfeng,Radix Paeoniae rubra,and Anemarrhena asphodeloides;The first four meridians of drugs are liver,lung,heart,and kidney meridians;The main drug properties are cold,warm,and mild;The main medicinal flavors are bitter,sweet,and pungent;The main efficacy of drugs is to clear heat,replenish deficiency,and promote water and moisture absorption;Analysis of drug association rules suggested that the frequently occurring drug pair combinations were: scutellaria baicalensis-licorice,scutellaria baicalensis-gardenia,scutellaria baicalensis-bupleurum,scutellaria baicalensis-gentiana,scutellaria baicalensis-raw rehmannia,etc;A total of 6 drug combinations were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to treat uveitis by clearing away heat and tonifying deficiency;Emphasizing the use of both cold and warm,the method of bitter purging and sweet nourishing is commonly used to achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and symptoms,as well as reinforcing and reducing both.
