Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Ear Acupoint Pressing Combined With Electroacupuncture Of "four Lumbar Disc Points

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing beans combined with electro acupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and analyze the difference between it and electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" alone,in order to obtain a better clinical treatment scheme and provide scientific basis for the application and popularization of this scheme.Methods:A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation",and the treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with electro acupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation".The two groups were treated continuously for 10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between the two courses.The changes of visual analogue scale score(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)low back pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and their efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:1.VAS score:Intra-group comparison:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.001),indicating that both groups could reduce the degree of pain.Comparison between groups:After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that auricular point pressing beans combined with electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" was superior to electroacupuncture of "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" in relieving pain.2.JOA scores:Intra-group comparison:After treatment,the JOA score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.001),indicating that both groups could improve the dysfunction of patients.Comparison between groups:After treatment,the JOA score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),auricular point pressing beans combined with electro acupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" was superior to electro acupuncture of "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" alone in improving dysfunction.3.Efficacy evaluation:In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 94.12%,the cured and markedly effective rate was 64.71%;In the control group,1 case was cured,11 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 82.86%,the cured and markedly effective rate was 36.36%.The difference of the cured and markedly effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could effectively treat lumbar disc herniation,and the curative effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" was better than that of electroacupuncture at"Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" alone.4.Safety evaluation:There were no adverse events in the two groups during the study,indicating that the treatment regimen was safe.Conclusion:1.Auricular point pressing beans combined with electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" and single electroacupuncture "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" can reduce the pain degree and improve the dysfunction of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and the curative effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with electroacupuncture at "F our Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" is better.2.Auricular point pressing beans combined with electroacupuncture at "Four Acupoints of Lumbar Disc Herniation" has remarkable curative effect,good safety and no adverse reaction,so it has the value of clinical application and popularization.
