As the advancing of the medical reform,the importance and urgency of the performance reform of public hospitals are further highlighted.Performance reform and management is an important means to mobilize the enthusiasm of hospital staff and improve the level of medical service in public hospitals.In On strengthening the opinions of tertiary publichospital performance appraisal work,and About the opinions of promoting the development of public hospitals high quality,General Office of the State Council clarified that the goal of tertiary public hospitals is promoting themselves from extensive management to a Refined management through performance reform,let the hospital from high-speed growth to high-quality growth mode.Public hospital performance appraisal especially need to change and innovation.To meet the growing needs of the health of the people,the hospital shall optimize the performance appraisal management system to improve public hospital overall management level and service quality,then provides more efficient and high quality medical and health services.Based on the significance and value of the performance appraisal of public hospitals at home and abroad,taking the typical Z public hospital as the research object,this paper sets forth the development and changes of the performance evaluation,in a method of the investigation and date analysis.Finally found the following problems: clarify performance priorities,refine indicator systems,improve incentive mechanisms,optimize allocation methods,enhance process management capabilities,establish multi-dimensional performance communication,and strengthen the application of results.Through research on the hospital performance management status,the implementation of performance appraisal management measures and subsequent results,existing problems,the author understood the existing performance appraisal methods,indicators,weightsetting,the practice process and development,the reference excellent performance appraisal policy and experience,this paper concluded that the development and optimization countermeasures.All this is to optimize the index management system in the performance appraisal in future development of public hospital,and provide a realistic and effective promotion valueand significance.
