| Research background: Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a complex and highly prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder.Existing studies have shown that ASD children will have varying degrees of executive dysfunction during development, which is highly correlated with core symptoms.Related, continue to affect the daily life of children. At present, sports,as a means of intervention, have been proven to be able to improve the effect to a certain extent. However, routine sports without targeted design are difficult to be accepted and complied with by children with ASD,and it is impossible to explore their effects. In addition, the sports methods used in previous studies are either expensive or limited in type, and the implementation of new intervention methods needs to be tested by empirical research before the laws can be summarized and applied.Based on this, one of the current research hotspots in the field of sports intervention for children with ASD focuses on the theoretical and practical research on the development of precise sports intervention programs.Based on this, one of the current research hotspots in the field of sports intervention for children with ASD focuses on the theoretical and practical research on the development of precise sports intervention programs.Research purpose: Based on the multi-path model that sports can improve the brain intelligence of children and adolescents, this paper intends to develop and design a group, comprehensive and interactive rope skipping exercise intervention program, and conduct intervention practice on the executive function of ASD children, observe their The improvement effect of ASD children’s executive function is also monitored at the same time,in order to provide an empirical basis for sports to improve the brain development of ASD children, and to promote the popularization of this intervention in the process of ASD children’s sports rehabilitation.Research method: This paper uses the literature method to sort out the research results related to sports and ASD children’s executive function, and deeply analyzes the latest research results on sports and children’s brain intelligence.Using the observation method to inspect special education colleges and rehabilitation institutions for special children on the spot, observe special education teachers teaching ASD children, record the characteristics of ASD children in detail, understand their daily behavior status, and provide data sources and theoretical support for the design of intervention programs.Using the experimental method,30 children with mild to moderate ASD were selected from the special children’s rehabilitation institution in Huaibei City as the experimental subjects. They were divided into an intervention group(15 people)and a control group(15 people)according to the homogeneity. The intervention group participated in a period of 10 weeks.5 times a week, each 60 min rope skipping intervention, the control group did not apply intervention. The effects before and after the intervention were evaluated using the Childhood Executive Functioning Inventory(CHEXI)and exercise capacity tests(2×10-meter switchback running, standing long jump, sitting forward bending and balance beam).Research results:(1)After 10 weeks of rope skipping exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in the total score of the CHEXI scale in the time before and after the intervention × group interaction effect(P<0.05),and the post-test score of the intervention group was lower than that of the pre-test;the time for switching subfunctions There is a significant difference in the × group interaction effect(P<0.05),and the post-test score is lower than the pre-test;there is a significant difference in the time to refresh the sub-function × group interaction effect(P<0.05),and the post-test score of the intervention group It was lower than the pre-test;there was no significant difference in the time × group interaction effect of the inhibitory sub-function(P>0.05),and no significant difference was found in further simple effects.(2)In terms of exercise ability, after 10 weeks of rope skipping exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in the time main effect of the standing long jump score in the intervention group(P<0.05),and the posttest score was higher than the pretest score; There was no significant difference in the group main effect, time main effect, and group × time interaction effect(P>0.05),but further simple effect analysis found that the posttest score of the intervention group was lower than that of the pretest, and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01);There is no significant difference in the group main effect, time main effect and group × time interaction effect between sitting body forward bending and balance beam score, and no significant difference was found in further simple effect analysis.Research conclusions:(1)The 10-week skipping exercise intervention program designed by this study can have an improvement effect on the conversion and refresh sub-function of children with ASD,but it does not have a significant improvement effect on the inhibitory sub-function.(2)The 10-week skipping exercise intervention simultaneously improved muscle strength and speed sensitivity in children with ASD,but did not find significant improvement in balance and flexibility. |
