ADHD is a psychological behavioral disease characterized by attention- deficit disorder, hyperactivity, and impulsive behavior [1]. This research has made a localized reformation on the proven exercise therapy created abroad and tried to verify the effectiveness on children through “exercise therapy”.This research has two parts. The first part is the exercise intervention program design. In this part, the author has elaborated the exercise effects on ADHD children based on the ana lysis of pathogenesis of ADHD and designed the exercise intervention program accordingly th rough picking up the proper sport events. The second part is the case study of an ADHD child. The author has executed the self-designed exercise intervention program on a child diagnose d with ADHD and made a comparison on IVA-CPT and parents' measurement results of quest ionnaire both before and after the exercise intervention in order to make assess the therapeutic effect.Research Findings:FSAQ of the child of case study has increased 15.38% and FSRCQ has increased 14.13%. Times of hyperactivity dropped by 23.08%. Impulsion—hyperactivity indices average dropped by 37.5% and CIH dropped by 35%.Research Findings Show:after exercise intervention, the indices of object's attention and control have increased significantly and the hyperactivity behavior is ameliorated effectively. This exercise intervention program is able to improve ADHD children's attention and hyperactivity.
