On The Piano Part Of Schumann’s Vocal Suite "The Love Of Poets"

Art song is the classic product of European music in the romantic period.Schumann,as the representative of German Romanticism in the 19 th century,is another milestone art song composer in Germany after Schubert.His vocal suite "poet’s love" is not only a typical representative of art song works,but also a classic work in Vocal suite.Schumann’s work is more independent in the creation of the piano part.Each art song realizes the "vocal music and Piano Duet".Therefore,this paper will analyze the piano part of the poet’s love,explore the value of the piano part in this work and how Schumann gives full play to the role of the piano in this work.The author uses the literature research method and inductive analysis method to explore the overview,artistic characteristics and creative methods of this work,and explores the performance analysis and cooperation experience through the performance practice method,that is,the performance practice in the concert.Through analysis,it is found that the piano part of this suite plays an important role,and even has the tendency of "piano solo and vocal accompaniment".It is concluded that Schumann uses the creative techniques of frequent changes in mode and tonality,ingenious design of rhythm,strength and speed,different progress between piano accompaniment and vocal melody,and plump finale to make the piano part more exquisite and delicate,and the music color is full and three-dimensional;The conclusion of using different types of accompaniment fabrics to set off different kinds of music atmosphere,better depict music image and promote music development.
