| The development of Confucius’ thought of "respect" has a long history and occupies an important position in the Confucianism thought system,with a strong humanistic ideological meaning.On the one hand,the thought of "Jing" pays much attention to the inner cultivation of human beings,and on the other hand,it can play a certain restraining role in the outer performance of human beings,which is a good promotion for the development of current thinking and political education,and also an important traditional theory to promote the self-realization of human beings.The purpose of this paper is to integrate the traditional Confucian thought of "respect" into the college and university thought-politics education,and to use it in the present.It can enrich the function of ideological and political education,broaden the path of ideological and political education,enhance the awareness of teachers to think and execute respect,and promote students to be prudent and act prudently.Under the guidance of correct rules,teachers and students can discover their own value and internalize the connotation of "respect",which can enrich the ideological education in colleges and universities while realizing the creative transformation of traditional culture.This paper adopts literature research method,case study method and lengthy interview method to discuss the current application and problems of "Jing" in the field of ideological and political education based on the combing of "Jing" thought of Confucius.In this paper,we focus on the application and problems of "Jing" in the field of ideological and political education,so as to structure new ideas for the integration of "Jing" into the ideological and political function of universities.This paper focuses on the origin of Confucius’ thought of "Jing" from the Western Zhou Dynasty to the end of Spring and Autumn Period.The paper is divided into three levels,namely,"in terms of matters","self-cultivation" and "relations among people".We discuss the functions of the idea of "respect" for individual actions,personal cultivation,and relationships among all people.We also analyze the inappropriateness of the thought of "Jing" in a dialectical way,so that we can look at the excellent traditional culture more objectively and promote the thought of "Jing" to be more adaptable to the current social background and the specific situation of political thinking.We also give a dialectical analysis of the incompatibilities of the idea of "respect".At the same time,through lengthy interviews with interviewees,the current problem of the lack of "respect" is unearthed and the specific reasons for the lack are analyzed,so as to provide a clearer and more definite path for the integration of "respect" thought.Finally,on the basis of the previous paper,we will explore the new path of integrating the thought of "respect" with the function of ideological and political education,from the three levels of society,universities and individuals,and propose creative ways of integration in response to the problems that arise. |
