Study On The Artistic Characteristics And Piano Accompaniment Techniques Of The Song "Youlan Cao

Zhao Jiping’s Chinese ancient poetry art song is a model of art song integrating Chinese excellent poetry culture and modern creation methods.His works absorb western art song creation techniques,continue the characteristics of Chinese modern art songs,use ancient poetry as lyrics of the song,and blend some Chinese traditional instrumental melodies.The works as a whole show the characteristics of elegance,beauty and far-reaching artistic conception,taking into account both literariness and artistry.It is said that "Youlan Cao" was created by Confucius,which was rewritten by Han Yu in the Tang Dynasty.Zhao Jiping composed the art song "Youlan Cao" while composing music for the film "Confucius",which was later included in Zhao Jiping’s vocal works.This paper selects Mr.Zhao Jiping’s ancient poetry art song "Youlan Cao" as the research object,and studies the artistic characteristics and piano accompaniment techniques of this song by using the methods of literature research,exchange observation and personal practice.The first chapter mainly deeply understands Zhao Jiping’s life and works and the development context of ancient Chinese poetry and art songs,understands the creative background of the works,and analyzes the creative inspiration.The second chapter mainly discusses the artistic characteristics of the song "Youlan Cao",and analyzes the score examples from the melody and rhythm,mode and tonality,musical form structure and piano accompaniment texture.The third chapter mainly discusses its piano accompaniment techniques,which are discussed from the aspects of timbre change,chord playing,multi part processing,arpeggio playing and pedal application.Combined with music score examples and personal performance practical experience,it tries to summarize the general accompaniment techniques of the song Youlan Cao.The fourth chapter mainly studies the relationship between piano accompaniment and singers,clarifies the artistic guiding role of piano accompaniment in songs,and discusses the elements that piano accompaniment and singers must cooperate in actual stage performance.
