| In the development of Chinese painting history, mural painting is one of the most ancient forms of painting. As a symbol of the times,it records the unique culture and spirit of each historical period in China. And among the murals in addition to the well-known Dunhuang Murals,Yongle Palace Murals “Chao Yuan Tu”is also worth mentioning. As far as the history of painting is concerned,Chaoyuantu has an important historical status, with its huge size, magnificent colors and bone-stroke lines,it has become an immortal masterpiece among the remains of traditional Chinese murals. It is precisely because of the immortal status of the Chaoyuan painting of Yongle Palace that the symmetry and fullness of its composition, the hardness and softness of its lines, and the heavy color of its colors have had a certain impact on later paintings. The emergence of these features can be found in the inheritance relationship between the murals of Chaoyuan painting in Yongle Palace and the paintings of the Tang and Song dynasties. The picture composition, characterization, role processing, line drawing and unique color setting methods of the mural of Chaoyuan Tu in Yongle Palace have all brought key inspiration to my own creation and benefited a lot. |
