The rise of digital music benefits from the rapid development of the digital Internet,digital music consumers can participate in content creation activities from the original simple content consumption,and digital music is increasingly connected through musical emotions.At present,major digital music platforms at home and abroad have begun to attract consumers from both content and platform,and in terms of content,it is mainly based on the construction of copyright resources,while in terms of products,it mainly focuses on building community-based operations and building a diversified interactive model.In order to adapt to the rapid development of digital music,the country’s copyright protection for digital music is also increasing,coupled with media publicity and reporting,the public’s understanding of digital music copyright is also gradually improving.With the improvement of users’ awareness of knowledge payment and the continuous penetration of digital payment platforms in people’s lives,the content payment industry will become a new growth point of China’s economy and the main force of cultural industries in the future.However,at present,the per capita music consumption level in China is still not high,in order to explore the payment behavior of digital music users,this study is based on the theory of planned behavior,legal deterrence theory,perceived value theory and user participation behavior theory,taking digital music as the research object,synthesizing relevant literature and interview data,and constructing a conceptual model to explore the payment behavior of digital music users.The results of the study show that the user’s participation behavior on the digital music platform and the product factors of the digital music platform have a significant positive impact on the digital music payment behavior through the perceived value of digital music consumers as the intermediary variable;the copyright awareness felt by users,including individual copyright awareness and collective norms,also has a significant positive impact on digital music payment behavior;the legal and regulatory deterrence felt by users has no significant direct impact on their payment behavior,but through copyright awareness,Legal deterrence has a regulatory effect on the relationship between copyright awareness and payment behavior.Based on the research results,there are the following suggestions in promoting the payment behavior of digital music consumers: relevant departments should reasonably use the punishment and reward means in the law to curb illegal behavior and encourage standardized behavior;digital music platforms maintain the competitive environment of healthy industry platforms and undertake social and cultural construction obligations;digital music platforms focus on the hierarchical social graph of users and build a payment model differentiation based on user behavior differentiation;digital music platforms are committed to upgrading consumer content by leveraging cutting-edge technology. |
