There are many academic studies on ancient Chinese tea culture and tea poetry, but most of them focus on the Tang and Song dynasties, and there are very few research results on tea poetry and its culture in the Yuan Dynasty. In fact, the tea poems of the Yuan Dynasty show the development process of tea in the collision and fusion of northern and southern cultures because of the development environment of alien rule.It is unique in ancient Chinese tea poems and has high research value. For this reason, the author comprehensively sorts out the poems of the Yuan Dynasty, analyzes the authors of the tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty and related articles one by one,and combines the tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty and the related historical materials of the tea culture in the Yuan Dynasty. The Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism thoughts, creative ideas and their uniqueness and influence in the book are developed in five aspects. At the same time, the two appendices of "The Regional Distribution and Creation of Tea Poets in Yuan Dynasty" and "Statistics of Poems on Tea Wing in Yuan Dynasty" are also included.affiliated with its research results. The first chapter makes a comprehensive investigation of Yuan Dynasty tea poems from two dimensions of space and time.In terms of space, the creation of tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty generally showed the characteristics of more in the south and less in the north, and less in the east and less in the west, with the most concentrated areas in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangxi along the southeast coast. In terms of time, the creation of tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty has undergone three obvious changes in stages, and the overall development is from multiple sources to unity and then diversified development. The second chapter summarizes and refines the tea life of Yuan Dynasty society from the content of tea poems in Yuan Dynasty.Tea has become a popular drink in the Yuan Dynasty. On the basis of the previous generation, people in the Yuan Dynasty integrated the dietary customs of ethnic minorities in the south, and a new method of adding milk and ghee to tea and mixed drinking appeared, which prompted the popularity of new tea sets such as milk tea pots.Use appears. In the Yuan Dynasty, there were various places for drinking tea.Tea houses and tea shops were very common.Literati and ordinary tea drinkers had their own suitable places for tea drinking. The various tea customs in tea poems show the bond between the Yuan Dynasty and the court, down to the private households and tea,and it is also an important manifestation of the popularity of tea in the Yuan Dynasty. The third chapter focuses on the study of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism in Yuan Dynasty tea poems.Because of its unique social structure and complex cultural thoughts in Yuan Dynasty,Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism showed great differences in this period. The Mongolian regime overthrew the Han rule, and no longer continued the Han rulers’ ideology of respecting Confucianism.Confucianism only had a small peak during the Kublai Khan period. The rulers used the Confucian "neutralization" thought to win over the Han remnants in the south and accelerate The means of integration of the North and the South, most of the time Confucianism was rejected by foreign rulers because of its obvious Han cultural characteristics.Han literati respected Confucian philosophy, but were suppressed in the Yuan Dynasty. In essence, the creation of tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty was still dominated by Han literati.Even if there were many foreign tea poets in the Yuan Dynasty, these people were also attracted by the traditional Han culture. The ideological core hidden in the poems, but in terms of specific content, form and expression,Buddhism and Taoism are more prominent. The fourth chapter discusses the poetic proposition of tea poetry creation in Yuan Dynasty from three aspects: "natural" theory,"temperament" theory and "freedom" theory."Natural" theory advocates the idea of creating tea poems floating in nature, opposes deliberateness, and advocates that tea poems should take natural images and express true emotions. The theory of "temperament" mainly talks about the trade-off between the poet’s individual emotional expression and rational value constraints in the process of creating tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty. The theory of "freedom" not only guides the creation of tea poems in the Yuan Dynasty, but also has great significance for the life choices of the literati in the Yuan Dynasty. The fifth chapter analyzes the unique significance of tea poetry in Yuan Dynasty and its influence on the development of tea culture in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The unique environment of alien rule in the Yuan Dynasty led to a significant increase in the number of literati of ethnic minorities during this period. These literati were full of yearning and love for Chinese culture, and often achieved learning goals through socializing with monks and Han literati.Characteristic tea poems, such as poems about chant pastry tea and medicinal tea.The unfamiliar political environment and the cultural environment full of pressure made the literati in this period insist on a free and independent personality more than ever before.Yuan Dynasty tea poems helped promote tea drinking culture to more and wider places, and contributed to the continuous popularization and simplified transition of tea culture. In general, the era under the Mongolian Yuan regime was an era when literati were relatively free in their thoughts and speeches. In a relaxed atmosphere, literati were able to get closer to the essence of literature and the true meaning of art,and chant tea became an outlet for them to express themselves. These tea poems contain a lot of innovative consciousness and research value, and are an important part of the development of Chinese tea culture and tea poetry.
