| With the continuous improvement of consumption level,people’s demand for artwork has been shown an increasing trend.The online trading platforms have promoted the development of the artwork trading market to a certain extent,but there still exists key issues which need to be resolved,such as distinguishing the authenticity of artwork and evaluating the price of artwork.Meanwhile,in order to increase the penetration of art and make more reasonable use of art resources,applying the sharing economy model to the art industry is a new development opportunity.As a start-up artwork e-commerce platform,Y platform provides services which including art consumption and art resource sharing.Although Y platform has accumulated a certain number of users during the trial operation,the current business processes unable to satisfy the need of the sustainable development,which resulting in undesirable problems including long duration,inefficiency,and wasting wait.In light of the above background,the research on the business processes improvement of Y platform has practical application value.The main research contents can be generalized as the following three aspects:Firstly,the development status of domestic artwork trading platforms is studied,which including the Artxun Network and the Artron Network for analysis.Based on the discussion of users’ willingness of adoption,the UTAUT model and the KANO model are applied to obtain the function requirement of users.According to the survey results,the attributes of functions are classified and the priority of functions are sorted.Secondly,the business status of Y platform is studied.The artist certification process,the artwork upload process,the artwork transaction process,and the artwork sharing-display process are diagnosed with the use of flowcharts,service blueprints,the ASME method and fishbone diagrams.Specifically,the ASME method is applied to measure the efficiency of the processes,and fishbone diagrams are applied to analyzed the problems of the processes.Besides,the concrete causes of the problems are found out through fishbone diagrams.In addition,taking Y platform as a precedent,the top ten functions are evaluated through the value engineering method.Based on the value,the relevant functions can be selected to promote the business development of Y platform.Thirdly,based on the process diagnosis of Y platform,combining with the demand and value analysis of functions,the ESIA method is utilized to optimize the four business processes.According to the process improvement schemes,the corresponding improved flowcharts are drawn,and the related prototypes of Y platform are designed.Ultimately,tested by users and staffs,process efficiency and process satisfaction are selected to verify the effectiveness of the process improvement schemes.The test results show that the efficiency and satisfaction of the improved process have been promoted. |
