The social changes in contemporary China have brought about faster changes and more intense competition,as well as greater psychological pressure on people.Long-term or excessive psychological pressure will affect people’s physical and mental health.Domestic and foreign studies have shown that teachers are a high-risk group of psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.In recent years in foreign psychology research,psychological stress and its coping are a hot topic that has received much attention.At present,the domestic research on the mechanism of psychological stress is waiting to be deepened.College teachers,as cultivators of highly educated talents,should achieve the purpose of "leading by example and establishing morality".The mental health of teachers not only affects their own development,but their words and deeds will also have a subtle effect on students.Psychological stress research is particularly necessary and important.This paper aims to verify the relationship between college teachers’ attachment style,perceived social support,negative mood regulation expectations and psychological stress,and further explore the mechanism of perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations in the relationship between attachment style and psychological stress.It provides theoretical basis and effective path for college teachers to relieve psychological pressure.This research adopts the research method of questionnaire survey,and faces the in-service teachers of 6 colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,Jiangsu Province and Sichuan Province as the survey object.Paper-based questionnaires were conducted using the Intimate Relationship Experience Scale,the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Negative mood Regulation Expectation Scale and the Stress Distress Scale.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among college teachers’ attachment style,perceived social support,negative mood regulation expectations and psychological stress,as well as the mechanism of attachment style’s impact on psychological stress.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Attachment style,perceived social support,negative mood regulation expectations and psychological stress were significantly different in some demographic variables.(2)There was a positive correlation between attachment style and psychological stress,a negative correlation between attachment style and perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations,and a positive correlation between perceived social support and negative emotion regulation expectations;perceived social support,negative moods There was a negative correlation between conditioning expectations and psychological stress.(3)Attachment style can positively predict psychological stress,attachment style can significantly and negatively predict perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations,perceived social support can significantly positively predict negative mood regulation expectations;perceived social support and negative moods Adjusting expectations can significantly and negatively predict psychological stress.(4)Perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations played a partial mediating role between attachment style and psychological stress.(5)Perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations play a chain mediating role in the relationship between attachment style and psychological stress.The results show that attachment style can not only directly affect psychological stress,but also indirectly affect psychological stress through perceived social support and negative mood regulation expectations.
