Nursing students is the white angel who will save life in the future.They will serve people."Health Departments and Life Departments" is the pledge of every nursing student to enter the palace of medicine,but also the important task they shoulder.Therefore,they must have solid medical theory knowledge and skilled professional skills,their learning burnout cannot be ignored.In recent years,due to the adjustment of the national education policy,many medical colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment.Secondary vocational education is facing the embarrassing situation of "being neglected".In addition,medical knowledge is professional,dull,subject-rich,and the learning pressure and employment pressure of secondary vocational nursing students have increased,which leads to their lack of interest in the learning content or motivation,or even boredom.More than 60% of secondary vocational nursing students have severe or moderate learning burnout.The state of learning burnout is serious,which affects the teaching and learning effect.This study investigates and analyses the psychological pressure,perceived social support and learning burnout of secondary vocational nursing students,a special group.It explores the relationship between psychological pressure,perceived social support and learning burnout of secondary vocational nursing students,and develops the moderating effect of perceived social support on psychological pressure and learning burnout of secondary vocational nursing students.The study further analyzed the factors affecting learning burnout,found appropriate intervention programs,provided scientific guidance for school education institutions,stimulated the learning enthusiasm of secondary vocational nursing students,and promoted students' happy learning.In this study,the students of Shijiazhuang Angel Nursing School and Shijiazhuang Medical College were selected as the research objects.Through the questionnaire method,three scales were used as the questionnaire: Life Event Scale(ASLEC),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Learning Burnout Inventory for Secondary Vocational School Students.A total of 465 questionnaires were sent out and 445 valid questionnaires were collected.The validity rate of the questionnaires was 95.70%.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the psychological pressure,perceived social support and learning burnout of the samples,and the differences among different backgrounds.The correlation and regression effects among psychological stress,perceived social support and learning burnout were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.The three-level multiple regression analysis was carried out using perceived social support as a moderator variable,using the total score product of psychological stress and the product of six dimensions of psychological stress to study the key among the three factors as well as the relationship between perceived social support and learning burnout.To understand the moderating effect of social support on psychological stress and learning burnout,the following results were obtained:(1)Psychological stress of nursing students in secondary vocational schools is on the upper middle level.There are significant differences in learning stress factors among different regions,but there is no significant difference in the total score of psychological stress.Whether or not the only child has significant difference in the factors of learning stress,but not in the total score of psychological stress.There are significant differences in the factors of psychological stress and the total score of psychological stress in family economic situation.The details are as follows: The details are as follows: suburban are higher than cities,cities are higher than rural areas;only-child is higher than non-only-child;special poverty family is higher than difficulties family,difficulties family is higher than general economic family,general economic family is higher than better economic family.(2)Secondary vocational nursing students' perceived social support is on the upper middle level.There were no significant differences in perceived social support among different geographical groups,and whether there were significant differences in perceived social support between single-child and different family economic conditions.The details are as follows: cities are higher than rural areas,rural areas are higher than suburban;non-only child is higher than only child;general economic family is higher than difficulty family,difficulty family is higher than better economic family,better family is higher than special poverty family.(3)Secondary vocational nursing students' term burnout is on the upper middle level.Whether or not the only secondary vocational nursing students have significant differences in the factors of learning burnout,and the total score of learning burnout has no significant difference.There was no significant difference in the factors and total scores of learning burnout between different regions and families.The details are as follows: cities are higher than rural areas,rural areas are higher than suburban;non-only child is higher than only child;special poverty family is higher than general economic family,general economic family General is higher than better economic family;better economic family is higher than difficult family.(4)Psychological stress,perceived social support and their relationship with learning burnout were significantly correlated.Learning burnout had a significant regression effect on psychological stress and perceived social support.(5)Understanding social support has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between punishment factor,loss factor and other factors of psychological stress and learning burnout.Finally,according to the results of the study,it is proposed to construct a school-centered,school-family common social support system to enable secondary vocational nursing students to face the demands of the outside world with a positive attitude,take effective actions to deal with various problems in life,work and learning,and alleviate the learning burnout caused by psychological pressure of secondary vocational nursing students.To intervene in learning burnout of secondary vocational nursing students,help them reduce learning burnout and improve the quality of education and learning.
