Sonata is a common performance genre in violin performance.We often play a large number of Sonata works in classical or romantic periods,but there are few performances and analysis of"Impressionist" modern works represented by Debussy.Therefore,when we encounter modern Sonata works,we will encounter problems such as inaccurate style and incorrect performance method.The reason why I chose this topic for research is to have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of music style in the period of "impressionism".Taking Debussy’s Violin and Piano Sonata in G minor as an example,from the end of the 19th century to the period of music reform in the 20th century,composers made changes and breakthroughs in music creation style,Deeply understand the creative background and the performance style in performance.In this paper,the author will use two chapters to study this song.The first chapter will briefly introduce Debussy’s life and summarize the influence of painting in the "Impressionist" period and"symbolist" poetry on "Impressionist" music.The second chapter will introduce the creative background of Debussy’s Sonata for Violin and piano in G minor,make a more detailed analysis of the musical form and explore the musical style of this song.
