| The Belt and Road Initiative is proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2013 to jointly build the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.The construction of the Belt and Road Initiative is a positive initiative against the background of the rapid development of the world economy,culture and information technology.Its purpose is to promote the effective allocation of resources worldwide,common economic development,and cultural exchanges,so that countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative can achieve high-quality and high-level regional cooperation.The Belt and Road Initiative adheres to the principles of consultation,co-construction and sharing,promotes infrastructure construction and interconnection,and effectively coordinates economic policies and development strategies to jointly build a community of shared future for mankind.Under the impetus of the ’Belt and Road’ initiative,how domestic provinces seize this opportunity for development,according to their own advantages,actively docking the ’Belt and Road’ policy measures become the focus of the study.Through the research and analysis of the ’Belt and Road’ network attention,it has practical guiding significance for people in different regions to pay attention to the initiative,policy implementation and economic development.In this paper,the Baidu index platform is used to obtain the network attention data of ’the Belt and Road’ with the keywords of ’the Belt and Road’.Taking this data as the research object,the attention of 31 provinces(districts and cities)in China to ’the Belt and Road’ is analyzed.The differences in time and space of ’the Belt and Road’ network attention are analyzed by geographical concentration index,variation coefficient,seasonal concentration index and spatial autocorrelation,and the factors affecting the spatial distribution of ’the Belt and Road’ network attention are analyzed by constructing geographical weighted regression model.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Time distribution characteristics : the annual change characteristics of the network attention of the Belt and Road Initiative show a trend of fluctuation.The year with the lowest network attention is 2014,and 2017 is the year with the highest network attention of the Belt and Road Initiative.There are three types of changes in monthly network attention : ’gentle type’,’low peak type’ and ’peak type’.Except 2015,2017 and 2019,the annual change trend of network attention in the years beyond its ownership is not large,which belongs to the ’gentle’change trend.The trend of network attention in 2015 and 2019 belongs to the ’low peak’ type,and the trend of network attention in 2017 belongs to the ’peak ’ type.(2)Spatial distribution characteristics : At the regional level,the regional differences of’The Belt and Road’ network attention are obvious,and the network attention in the east,middle and west shows a gradual decreasing trend.Provincial level : the provincial level of network attention differences show a fluctuating trend,the city level : most of the top 20 cities belong to the eastern and central regions,the western region only Chengdu,Chongqing,Kunming three cities.The top 20 cities of ’Belt and Road’ network attention are China’s provincial capital cities and some economically developed first-tier cities.China’s ’Belt and Road’ network attention has a significant correlation in spatial location.In the northeastern region,the concentration of network attention in most regions of the eastern and central regions is not obvious.The regions with high and high clustering are mainly distributed near some urban agglomerations with relatively developed economy in eastern China.The regions with high and low clustering and low high clustering are scattered throughout the country.The regions with low and low clustering are mainly distributed in most regions of Qinghai,Xinjiang and Tibet.(3)The influencing factors of the spatial distribution of ’The Belt and Road’ network attention : the proportion of Internet users in the information field has the greatest impact on the regional network attention,which is the first factor affecting the network attention of ’The Belt and Road’;secondly,per capita disposable income and Internet penetration rate are the secondary factors affecting network attention.The three influencing factors,namely,regional GDP,total investment of foreign enterprises and population and education level,have little positive effect on the network attention of China along the Belt and Road,which are other influencing factors. |
