and no evil" will inevitably unfold the "perfect good" atmosphere.Therefore,the theory of four "You" only focuses on the clarification of the ethics of good and evil,and the noumenon of "perfect goodness" is the learning of the future.The theory of four "Wu" is the priori science of realizing transcendence and stands on the noumenon of "no good and no evil".However,the development mode of body use under the representation of "Siwu Theory" does not have a time path corresponding to it.Therefore,Longxi and Shuangjiang respectively absorb the time discussion that Yang Ming has not reasons,and covered up the sit-meditation time of his professors by attributing it to the nature of relaxation.Different from the general cognition,Yang Ming formally taught the method of spontaneous meditation in the eighteenth year of hongzhi.After that,Yang Ming advocated the method of spontaneous meditation as the first righteous time,and explicitly abandoned it until the fifteenth year of
