On The Evolution Of The Concept Of Justice And Interests Since The Tounding Of New China

The concept of justice and interest is the basic viewpoint and attitude tendency of the concept of justice and interest and their mutual relations,which is composed of three parts:the concept of justice and interest,the relationship between justice and interest and the orientation of justice and interest.Among them,the concept of justice and interest is the foundation,the relationship between justice and interest is the core,the orientation of justice and interest is fundamental,and the dialectical relationship between justice and interest is both opposite and unified.The concept of justice and profit belongs to the category of moral philosophy and is a part of value system.The discussion of the concept of justice and interest cannot be separated from the debate of justice and interest.The traditional debate of justice and interest in ancient China mainly includes four basic types:valuing justice over interest,valuing interest over justice,paying equal attention to justice and interest,and abandoning justice and interest altogether.The connotation of the combination is divided into traditional connotation and era meaning,connotation of the traditional centralized performance for holding of moral principles and the pursuit of moral ideal,epoch connotation refers to a new era,the correct individual,collective and country,between country and country,aspects of interest relationship between human and nature of the overall concept,value orientation.The evolution of the concept of justice and interests since the founding of new China can be divided into three periods:the concept of justice and interests in the planned economy period,the concept of justice and interests in the reform and opening up period,the concept of justice and interests in the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the planned economy period,under the concept of justice and interests,it gave birth to collectivism,spirit first,selflessness and utilitarianism class and revolutionary value orientation.After the reform and opening up,the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics gave birth to the value orientation of valuing profit and justice simultaneously.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the unity of justice and interest has become the highest form and discourse expression of unity and equal emphasis on justice and interest.Based on the discussion of the evolution of the concept of righteousness and interests since the founding of new China,this paper reveals the generative logic of the evolution of the concept of righteousness and interests,namely theoretical logic,practical logic and causal logic.Theoretical logic:the rich connotation of justice and interest and the dialectical relationship between justice and interest:Practical logic:the economic system has changed from planned economy to market economy,and the social structure has changed from traditional society to modern society.Causal logic:the worship of righteousness and interest and universal poverty,excessive worship of interest and moral decline,the unity of righteousness and interest and common prosperity.Two enlightenments and prospects are drawn from the evolution of the concept of justice and interests since the founding of new China.The enlightenment lies in:the evolution of the concept of righteousness and profit is consistent with the law,the purpose,the unity of the law and the purpose.The prospect lies in guiding the "two overall situations" of China’s future development with the correct concept of the integration of righteousness and interests,that is,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and building a human destiny.
