In the Qing Dynasty, epigraphy flourished, and the creation of seal book art reached a prosperous period, and there was a stele school writer represented by Deng Shiru, who changed the "iron wire" and "jade" style of small seal writing all along, leading the new style of seal writing in the Qing Dynasty,Wu Rangzhi and Xu Sangeng under the influence of Deng Shiru to innovate and enter the seal with steles, with a unique style.Since the author’s main study object during graduate school was Qing Dynasty seal books,Wu Rangzhi and Xu Sangeng were selected for research when writing their graduation thesis,in view of the fact that most of the previous people’s research on the two of them were relatively independent individuals,so the author’s "Suiyuan Poems" series of calligraphy works analysis paper aims to conduct a comparative study of their seal books, form a fusion style of the two for creation, and then affirm their status and influence in the history of seal calligraphy.
