Research On Japanese Reports In Dongsansheng Minbao (1927-1931

Zhang Zuolin telephoned the whole country to declare Northeast autonomy in January 1922.In October,Gao Chongmin,a revolutionary,organized and founded the People’s Daily of the Three Eastern Provinces in Shenyang,taking "the only media organ of the officials and people in the Three Eastern Provinces" as its principle.Newspapers provided people with real news reports,propagated the patriotism of the revolutionaries and their national mission of opposing enemy aggression,thus achieving the purpose of enlightening people’s minds.The newspaper records the history of Northeast China in the past ten years,including the national situation,the international situation,the situation in Northeast China and the social life,culture,art and academic education of the people in Northeast China.The geographical relationship and the special status of Japan in the Northeast area make the People’s Daily of the Three Eastern Provinces pay special attention to Japan.As a result,there is a lot of news coverage about Japan.These contents revealed Japan’s aggression against China and its tyrannical practices in Northeast China.The newspaper regarded itself as the press organ of the three eastern provinces,supported Zhang Zuolin and his son,but also had the spirit of anti-Japanese struggle because of their strong patriotic feelings.Taking the reports on Japan of People’s Daily of the Three Eastern Provinces from1927 to 1931 as the main research object,mainly adopts the literature method,historical method and case analysis,the relevant contents of Japan reported carding and analysis,explore the paper involved reported position and narrative features,and analyzes its strategy,focusing on the important events To understand the role of the press in the modern anti-Japanese struggle.The first chapter of this paper summarizes the basic situation of the three Eastern Provinces People’s Daily.The paper presents the historical background,development situation and management summary.The second chapter,on the premise of understanding the People’s Daily of the three Eastern Provinces,classifies and presents the Japan-related reports of the newspaper from 1927 to 1931.Specifically,it includes four aspects: reports on Japan’s aggression against China,reports on Japan’s domestic situation,prominent reports on important events between China and Japan,and Japan’s trends in the international situation.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the Japan-related reports of People’s Daily of the Three Eastern Provinces from 1927 to1931 on the basis of the content analysis of the Japan-related texts.Chapter four makes a qualitative analysis of the newspaper’s political tendency.It is concluded that the People’s Daily of the three Eastern Provinces is a patriotic newspaper.But this patriotism was based on support for the Zhangs and their father and support for Kuomintang rule...
