Research On Female Image Genealogies On The Cover Of Books From 1949-1999 In China

This article uses the genealogical method to build the genealogies of female workers image,female farmers image,female soldier image,female hero image and female student image from 1949 to 1999 in China.The continuation and changes of these genealogies,as well as the social connotation and the meaning of the times contained in the images.This article is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 explains the definition of the concept of female image related concepts and research scope of the book cover from1949-1999,the sources and basis of the selection of thesis,research significance and value,research review at home and abroad,basic content and research methods,keywords,difficulties,and innovation points;Chapter 2 sort out the concepts and image of the genealogy,the book publishing of books from 1949-1999,and the study of the scores of books cover in this period;Chapter 3 analyzes the image genealogies of female workers,female farmers,female soldiers,heroines and female students in the female images of the book covers;Chapter 4 summarizes the continuity and changes of the female image genealogies from 1949-1999,and the enlightenment of contemporary design and artistic creation of cover women’s image spectrum.This article believes that from 1949 to 1999,various women’s image genealogies on the cover of books showed the characteristics of both continuity and changes.These continuity and changes have closely related to the social and political environment of China in the same period.These women’s image genealogies and their expression are important part of Chinese visual art during this period.They should be reviewed and summarized.The experience and lessons will provide useful reference for contemporary design and artistic creation.
