Research On The Baojia System In Guizhou During The Republic Of Chin

During the period of the Republic of China,the national government carried out the Baojia system in Guizhou,intending to help the people of Guizhou establish a stable social pattern,and on the other hand,to better manage the grassroots level.On the surface,the Baojia system is often associated with social control,but social control is only one of the external manifestations of the Baojia system.If we study the Baojia system from the perspective of social control,it is inevitable to overstate the whole.Therefore,the function of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China should be studied more objectively and comprehensively,in order to more systematically elaborate the legislative situation and law enforcement of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China and its influence on Guizhou during the Republic of China.In Guizhou Province,historical materials about the Baojia system are completely preserved,and there are few researches,so there is still some space for research.Through the method of literature research,this thesis collects local data and deduces the function of Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China.And the document analysis method is used to prove the function and effect of Guizhou Baojia system in the Republic of China.Finally,the author makes a comprehensive and objective analysis of the Baojia system by means of positive and negative comparison.This thesis analyzes the establishment and operation of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China from four aspects.First,it introduces the historical background of the Baojia system and sorts out the development of the Baojia system.Secondly,through the study of laws and regulations and historical data,the establishment process of Guizhou Baojia system is deduced.Thirdly,by analyzing the case documents of Guizhou during the Republic of China,the function and effect of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China are summarized.Finally,this thesis summarizes the whole text and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China.Through textual research and analysis of the Baojia system in Guizhou during the Republic of China,this thesis believes that the Baojia system is a relatively comprehensive system,covering tax,conscription,security and dispute reconciliation and other aspects.Baojia had both judicial and administrative functions similar to those of today.Among them,social control is only a narrow aspect.Although the Bao Jia system was finally abolished,the theoretical conception of the Bao Jia system is still worthy of current research and discussion.
