A Study On The Spread Of Chinese Language In Guangxi Facing The Indochina Peninsula Based On The Peripheral Spread Theory

At present,Chinese has a good foundation in the Indochina Peninsula and has a large number of learners.Guangxi is adjacent to the countries of the Indochina Peninsula by sea and land,with stable bilateral relations and frequent educational and economic exchanges.Strengthening the cooperation in the dissemination of Chinese language between Guangxi and the Indochina Peninsula is conducive to promoting language and cultural exchanges,and building a more stable geopolitical relationship.This article borrows the perspective of peripheral communication theory to explore how Guangxi spreads Chinese to the Indochina Peninsula.On the basis of referencing existing research literature,a literature analysis method is used to briefly describe and analyze the current foundation of the Indochina Peninsula;Using case analysis method to analyze the spread of Chinese language in Guangxi in the face of the Indochina Peninsula.So as to combine the foundation and advantages of Chinese language dissemination in the Indochina Peninsula,and explore the strategies for Chinese language dissemination in the Indochina Peninsula.The plan for the dissemination of Chinese language in the Indochina Peninsula in Guangxi is proposed from both macro and micro levels,and explored from the government and universities at the macro level.The government should strengthen policy support,provide financial support,encourage students to study in Guangxi,and strengthen educational exchanges to enhance the competitiveness of Guangxi’s Chinese language dissemination towards the Indochina Peninsula.Explore from the micro level of media and the internet.The media mainly promotes the dissemination of Chinese language in the Indochina Peninsula through the promotion of Chinese language teaching programs,TV dramas,and newspapers.The Internet achieves Chinese language dissemination through short videos and AL tools,which can quickly convey information and enhance the effectiveness of Chinese language dissemination;The AL tool allows us to better analyze the Chinese language communication needs in the Indochina Peninsula,thereby adjusting communication plans based on current needs and improving the quality of Chinese language communication.The strategy of Chinese language dissemination in Guangxi towards the Indochina Peninsula is proposed from the perspective of teaching resource databases and dissemination channels.Creating a teaching resource database can adjust to different Chinese language teaching needs and cultural backgrounds,thereby specifying diverse teaching methods and improving the level of Chinese language dissemination.The dissemination channels can be divided into four types: school education dissemination,Chinese language training institutions dissemination,Chinese and overseas Chinese dissemination,and media and newspapers dissemination.By expanding Chinese language dissemination channels and increasing the number of Chinese language dissemination audiences,a solid foundation can be laid for Chinese language dissemination in the Indochina Peninsula.Guangxi plays an important role in the dissemination of Chinese language in the Indochina Peninsula.By strengthening cultural and linguistic exchanges,Guangxi can further enhance its influence and reputation in the region,and promote friendly cooperation between the Indochina Peninsula and China.
