Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of The Times,influenced by Internet technology and other factors,the spread of dance art is accelerated,and the scale of dance education is also increasing.In addition to the original secondary vocational schools of art,many comprehensive secondary vocational schools are also striving to set up dance majors to cultivate technical talents in the direction of dance.What follows is the problem and situation that the students’ professional level and ability are uneven due to the low requirement of dance material selection in comprehensive secondary vocational schools or general local secondary vocational and technical schools,which greatly improves the teaching difficulty of the dance major teachers in secondary vocational schools,and also makes it very important to build and pave the way for the basic skills of the first grade dance major in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this paper focuses on the teaching of basic skills of dance major in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of dance science and proprioceptive training in dance assisted training,takes the physical and mental learning status of dance major students in secondary vocational and technical schools as the starting point to conduct an in-depth investigation,and provides methodological reference to the two representative fields of rehabilitation health medicine and sports training.Extract and sort out the training methods conducive to improving the basic ability of dance in proprioception training,and explore the integration and innovation of proprioception training in the teaching of basic skills of dance major in secondary vocational schools.This paper carries out the research through four parts;First of all,related concepts of this research are expounded,and the status quo of relevant research contents at home and abroad is explored.Secondly,it analyzes the teaching status of basic skills of dance performance major in secondary vocational schools,and discusses the students’ physical and mental development,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning status from simple to deep.Thirdly,some training methods of proprioception training which can be integrated in the teaching of basic skills of dance performance major in secondary vocational schools are discussed.Then,the practice process and results of proprioceptive training in basic skills teaching in the process of teaching and research are discussed,and the role of proprioceptive training in improving the thinking consciousness and basic ability of students majoring in dance in secondary vocational schools is analyzed,so as to improve the quality of basic skills teaching and ability training of students majoring in dance in secondary vocational schools and promote the development of basic skills teaching of dance in secondary vocational schools.Finally,the conclusion and future prospect of this paper are presented.
