Music accomplishment is a key component of a professional dancer's artistic accomplishment. As the training base for future professional dancers, middle professional dance school should lay emphasis on the training of music accomplishment as well as dancing skills to its student. The article intends to review the music education in middle professional dance school and probe the training objective of music accomplishment aimed at middle dance school students, in the respects of the curriculum and instruction.The article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is to discuss the music accomplishment which a professional dancer should have, by analyzing the definition of "music accomplishment". The second chapter is to analyze the significance to development the music accomplishment for the students in the middle professional dance school in the views of the internal relationship between dance and music, the professional development and the overall development for a dance school student. The third chapter is the core part of this article. It studies the origin of training objective to develop music accomplishment for dance school students, to discuss the training orientation for dance school and the requests for dance professionals, analyze the current status of the music accomplishment of dance school students and the music courses of dance school, explore the essence of the training objective to develop music accomplishment for dance school students, so that to raise the systematic frame to develop music accomplishment for dance school students.
