| As the construction of socialist spiritual civilisation continues to progress,the community public cultural service system is being improved and the number of cultural activities in which residents participate is increasing,while the traditional community public cultural service is limited by its simple form,single activities and lack of equipment,which restricts the enthusiasm of community residents to participate.The strengthening of community public cultural services is an urgent task in the current efforts to develop cultural services in cities.Shanghai has taken a bold step forward in promoting spiritual civilisation by proposing a 15-minute public cultural service circle based on the "neighbourhood centre" model."Neighbourhood centres are one of the most important and representative models of community governance,and are becoming increasingly prominent in providing a wide range of public cultural services to residents and improving their quality of life.Based on customer satisfaction theory and new public service theory,this paper develops a model of satisfaction with community public cultural services and investigates the relationship between its influencing factors.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to review and sort out domestic and international research.Through a literature review of neighbourhood centres,community public cultural services and customer satisfaction models,it defines the concepts related to residents’ satisfaction with community public cultural services.Structural equation modelling is used to study the influential relationship between satisfaction with community public cultural services in neighbourhood centres in Jiading District,Shanghai.A model of satisfaction with community public cultural services in neighbourhood centres in Jiading District,Shanghai is constructed under the inspiration of customer satisfaction model,and ten research hypotheses are proposed.Secondly,a questionnaire was designed using the interview method and questionnaire survey method to address the influencing factors of residents’ satisfaction,which consisted of six demographic questions and 20 questions on observational variables.A total of 268 valid questionnaires were received for the survey.Statistical analysis was used to sort and analyse the data,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by the reliability and validity tests.Based on this paper,a structural equation model was established,and the 10 path hypotheses proposed in this paper were further fitted and analysed.The paper concludes that: firstly,residents’ expectations have a positive relationship with cultural activities,cultural resources,residents’ participation,service quality and residents’ satisfaction;secondly,residents’ expectations,cultural activities,cultural resources,residents’ participation and service quality have a positive relationship with residents’ satisfaction;thirdly,residents’ expectations have a mediating effect on residents’ satisfaction through cultural activities,cultural resources,residents’ participation and service quality,and should be adopted Appropriate countermeasures should be adopted to improve the influencing factors so as to enhance the satisfaction of community public cultural services in the neighbourhood centres of Jiading District,Shanghai.Finally,this paper suggests five measures to improve the satisfaction of community public cultural services in Jiading District,Shanghai: firstly,strengthening the development of regional culture to enrich the forms of community public cultural activities;secondly,combining information technology to expand community public cultural resources;thirdly,strengthening the cultivation of community public cultural service talents and the construction of talent teams;fourthly,expanding the ways for residents to participate in the construction of community public cultural services;and fourthly,expanding the ways for residents to participate in the construction of community public cultural services.Fourthly,to expand the ways for residents to participate in the construction of community public cultural services;and fifthly,to guide residents with correct psychological expectations. |
