Primitive Thinking In Children’s Illustration Design Applied Research

Children’s illustrations are an important bridge to guide children to understand the objective world.Therefore,the requirements for children’s illustration design should meet the needs of children themselves.Therefore,with this purpose,original thinking is used as a research clue,and through a comparative study between original thinking and children’s thinking,It draws the children’s illustration design principles that follow the original thinking,pulls the children’s illustration audience back to the children themselves,and distances itself from the current children’s illustration market for the purpose of preaching,the pursuit of one-sided symbolism,and the excessive adult color.This thesis can be divided into three parts according to the writing ideas: the first part summarizes the development of original thinking and children’s illustration at home and abroad;secondly,it gives a conceptual overview of original thinking and children’s illustration;finally,according to the aesthetics contained in original thinking A more detailed discussion is made on the performance characteristics,so the general relationship between aesthetic thinking and primitive thinking is drawn,which provides the similarity between the primitive thinking mentioned later and the thinking of children in the operational stage before the age of 2-7 years old.The second part discusses the characteristics of children’s artistic development at different stages through the psychological cognitive theory of children,and analyzes the similarity between primitive thinking and children’s thinking.The design principles of children’s illustration,and then the expression rules of applying original thinking in children’s illustration design are obtained,and the rules are refined for application in design practice;the third part is the theoretical basis of the first two parts,and the methodology of children’s illustration design is clarified,which is derived from the isomorphic characteristics of primitive thinking and children’s thinking,including specific imagery,emotionality,aesthetics,interpenetration,and animism and other aesthetic performance characteristics.At the same time,when creating children’s illustrations that meet the operational stage before the age of 2-7,it is also necessary to carry out innovative designs based on children’s psychological cognition and related theories that meet children’s aesthetic needs,and take easy-to-read,easy-to-understand,and easy-to-accept as the starting point.Progressively complete the innovative design of the original thinking of the subject in children’s illustrations.
