Research On Dongba Language Digital Design Based On Machine Learning

Dongba pictograph is the only hieroglyphic script still in use in the world and is a cultural treasure of China and even the world.However,the number of people using Dongba is getting smaller and smaller at present.In order to attract more people to pay attention to local culture,improve the public’s awareness of Dongba pictographs,continue the vitality of Dongba pictographs and better inherit Dongba pictographs.Based on this,in this paper,by using machine learning style of image recognition,image transfer technology and digital media art and technology to digital design research of dongba script,and the research developed a set of interactive recognition system based on dongba script feature and style migration system and immersive experience,research contents and results are:(1)Construct dongba language corpus.Through the collection and sorting of dongba pictograph literature,a dataset with 704 Dongba characters is obtained,and the corresponding Chinese semantics are matched.Then,the image recognition technology is used to recognize the input Chinese characters.In this paper,the attention mechanism is added on the basis of Res Net50 network model,so that the recognition effect of dongba characters is good.(2)To build a library of Dongba language art styles.By collecting the style pictures of different artists and using the image style transfer technology to transform the style of the recognized Dongba script,the intelligent redesign of dongba script is realized.In this paper,based on the characteristics of Dongba text,the migration of Dongba text is realized by using VGG-19 network model and optimization algorithm.Finally,the generated results are evaluated and better feedback is obtained.(3)Build an interactive system of Dongba language recognition and style transfer.Based on the design and development of dongba language recognition and style transfer algorithm model,the Touch Designer open source platform is used to complete the call of program interface,complete the dongba language recognition and style transfer system of visual interactive interface,and improve the interactive experience of Dongba language corpus and art style library.(4)Design digital interactive works of Dongba language to create an immersive experience space.Based on the result of image style transfer of Dongba language,digital design of Dongba language elements is carried out to create the series of font immersion interaction design of dongba Language.Improve the experience of user participation in an all-round way and shorten the distance between people and Dongba hieroglyphs.To sum up,the innovation realizes the interdisciplinary research of Dongbawen’s digital research in the field of digital media and computer vision,and obtains a systematic research process and practical experience.It provides a new research and development path for the contemporary inheritance of Dongba hieroglyphs,and constructs a new research model for the relationship between Dongba hieroglyphs and digital interaction design products.
